Jollibee — Restaurant in Fairfield

We were there before it opened,we waited patiently until somone open after 10. Waiting again patiently and cashier was too busy counting money but did not bother to acknowledge us for a good 2 to 4 minutes .Then she finally took my order, we thought,it will be fast since they just opened and I only need 2 spicy chicken and 4 regular and rice..We waited for more than 10 minutes and I go up to the register how long will it take ,they said  another 16 minutes because they were waiting for the spicy..I thought they have ready since they just opened.I said, you should have told me .So we end up just getting all regular. It was dined in and they were just giving us the bucket of chicken and the rice w/o plates. So i asked the lady for plates , she couldnt find any.They work so slow, then finally she handed 1 empty box that they use for spaghetti to use as a plate because they dont have plates and she wants me to just split that box for us to use as a plate, so I asked for another one. Mind you, they just opened and they were already inside before they opened, they should have everything ready before the customers arrived. I was so disappointed. To top it off , not enough rice and the chicken was 4 pcs drumstick and just 2 right size which for me wasn't fair servings. This place needs  to put their act together.They were all over the place. People next to us went to starbucks because they were already hungry waiting for their order and when they came back, their order still...

I wanted to give the chain a chance coz I was thinking they just opened and maybe adjusting but the lack of accountability and incompetence is ridiculous, maybe not everyone but the branch shares one name. This may sound exaggerated but for my issue I ordered for pickup which after sat down and didnt leave for around 10mins and going to the branch was like 20mins. When I got there i checked the pickup shelf to see that my order isnt ready so i took a seat to wait probably for 15mins until I went to the counter to follow up with my order to find out they havent even started or it would seem they just recieved the order from their system. So I went back to sit and waited for 15-20mins. Picked the order in a hurry coz everyone is waiting for the food only to find out, already got back at the hospital the order was incomplete. I had to drive back and bring it up to the front desk. It’s ridiculous that an understaffed panda express can get you your food in one passing while this Jollibee branch has like 10-/+ people working behind the cashier which takes almost an hour to prepare your fastfood, just to give you your order incomplete. Btw it wasn’t busy when I visited. Way to go to continue the legacy of the phrase...

I ordered take-out for dinner as the kids were craving the delicious Jollibee fried chicken, spaghetti and palabok. The location is in a building in the Solano Town Center parking lot sandwiched between Starbucks and Jamba Juice. The service is similar to most Jollibee restaurants. The layout of this restaurant is not the best especially when it’s busy. There usually is a lot of people standing around waiting for their take-out order when you walk in. There are some tables to your right when you walk in to dine in. I would recommend downloading the Jollibee App and registering for their rewards program as they run periodic App only specials. This visit, I was able to get $10 off my order of $45 or more by ordering through their App. Filipino fried chicken is eaten by dipping it in gravy which is included with your order. Filipino spaghetti is a little sweet, but very tasty. I’m glad they finally opened a Jollibee in Fairfield so I don’t have to...
