I took a chance on Jackie's Kitchen Creations to cater a memorial service since my father was from the south and would have appreciated her menu. I cannot begin to tell you the number of compliments we received on her food including her desserts. Her food is delicious! I would use her again in a heartbeat. In addition, her food was very neatly and carefully packed and presented. I can tell she manages a clean kitchen. Nothing sloppy in her presentation which gives you faith in her preparation. What's not to say about Jackie's creations???? Response was on point when I requested a quote, communicated in a timely manner and showed up on time with hot food!!! Jackie and her mother was so sweet and we talked like we've known each other for year. The food was the bomb but them links and greens baby was theeeee best I've tasted in a long time. You don't find the type of service that she provided in a long time. I'll use her again for any event that requires me to cater and whenever she has a popup. Jackie’s Kitchen Creations is a great small business to support! I had the BBQ plate first and it was delicious, the meat was tender and flavorful. It was packaged securely and ready when we got there. On Thanksgiving she was a lifesaver because we usually don’t eat until 7-8 pm but she cut down the time with the sides she offered. We ordered the macaroni and cheese and it was packaged so all we did was have to put it in the oven and it was fresh for dinner. We also had the the 7up cake which was great! Overall great service,...
