Joe D's Appliances — Local services in Fairfield

What can my wife and I say about Joe d's other than absolutely amazing. My wife and I were totally screwed over by both Lowes and home depot not know where we can go to find a good deal and great service I turned to my community group on Facebook and they recommended Joe ds and the people were praising this place saying how good they are and that they could beat the big box stores prices, we were a bit Skeptical going in but what was said is true about this place, we went in there greeted by a gentleman by the name of (Michael Ducheny) we told Michael what we were looking and he not only gave us all of our options and we settled on a good washer and dryer at a great price. Install day came today and their install teams (mr c's) was amazingly fast in and out of our house in about less than 30-45 minutes. After they installed our appliances they took the time to show us all of the features and functions as well as how to properly care for and extend the life of our new appliances. We were so blown away with the level of service at Joe d's that we are going there tomorrow to look at replacing our dishwasher and stove and we know that they will take care of us. See you tomorrow. After spending many hours online shopping for a new over-the-range microwave oven, reading reviews and compiling a spreadsheet to compare actual costs (appliance + delivery + installation + haul-away), it finally dawned on me to check some of the better-rated local appliance dealers and see if they could do better in terms of timing and price on the model I wanted. Jordan carefully went over some of the details of installation to make sure I knew what to expect (and what I was doing), quoted a price for the microwave that was a few dollars lower than AJ Madison, PC Richard, Home Depot, Best Buy, etc), and much lower for delivery, installation, and haul-away. That was Tuesday afternoon. On Thursday morning, two guys from Mr. C Installation appeared, and with astounding speed and impressive teamwork completed the installation in under 20 minutes. This included running a small shop vacuum to clean up any bits of sawdust in the cabinet, stove (even though they had carefully covered it with a moving blanket), counters, and floor, AND testing the microwave and explaining its features and functions as well as any...

I RECOMMEND THIS STORE - AND ADAM - WITH THE HIGHEST OF PRAISES. I have dealt in the past with other independent appliance stores, as well as Home Depot, Lowes, PC Richards, Best Buy, Amazon and other stores. None of them - repeat NONE - were as good, knowledgable, patient, responsive, personalized and ethical as this store and Adam.

After doing extensive research on a new washing machine, and after calling and dealing with many other stores by phone, when I got through to Adam at Joe D's, it was a totally different experience. Adam asked the right questions, answered all of my questions, and was clearly was an EXPERT on appliances. Further, he patiently dealt with me with warmth after me nervously calling him several times, and changing my mind at one point.

I wound up buying a Speed Queen TC5 washing machine, which was what Adam had recommended in my first call to him, and I could not be more happy. Whenever I need appliances in the future, I won't even consider another store; and I am highly recommending the store to my friends and family.
