I can’t stress enough how much you shouldn’t live here. They refuse to communicate or give my deposit back and are failing to provide a breakdown as to why they’re keeping my deposit. My tub faucet and fridge had been dripping the entire two years I’ve lived here. I put in several service requests when I first moved in and it never got fixed so eventually I gave up and learned to live with it. The security door locks for the buildings were broken or non-existent for months. When they finally did get installed, other residents immediately broke them and it took several additional months for them to get fixed/replaced. The laundry room and hallways are always dirty, which I hold other residents accountable for but it’s still gross to see. Management would always threaten “if you’re caught you might be fined or evicted” but never put up cameras to actually hold anyone accountable. Despite being a pretty clean person, in December of 2023, my kitchen experienced a huge roach problem. No amount of cleaning, keeping up with trash, nothing, helped deal with it. I was finding them hanging out in the OUTLETS and even found one in my coffee pot when I went to pour myself coffee. I have never felt so gross. Eventually after complaining, the complex had my unit sprayed for pests and the problem slowly went away. While noise and neighbors comes with apartment living, the people above me were horrendous. I could hear their dog barking at all hours. They would constantly wake me up between 11pm-5am with how loud they would stomp. I left notes on the neighbors doors but did finally complain to the complex since it was becoming so disruptive. The complex issued them a noise complaint (not sure if there was a fine) but that only lasted before a short time before the neighbors were back to their antics again. Their young child would also throw toys off the balcony and the toys would sit by my windows for days before the parents cleaned them up. I chose not to keep addressing it with the leasing office because I didn’t want to be “that neighbor” or a difficult resident, so again, I learned to live with the problem. On the topic of horrible other residents, no one here monitors their kids. Some kids were messing around in the laundry room one night and broke the pipe which led to the laundry room flooding and being unusable for nearly a week. I’ve found cigarettes and beer cans all over the playground. I’ve even seen kids just hanging out in the stairwells of the buildings and don’t really move when other residents need to get past them. But make no mistake, it’s not just kids who are a problem. I’ve seen adults letting their dogs pee in the hallways and not clean it up. While this isn’t specifically a problem with management, it’s something to be aware of before moving in. The pool wasn’t opened/useable for the two years I’ve lived here. I was told it has something to do with a pump needing replaced. Upon talking to other residents, the pool hasn’t been useable for a while before I even moved in. On top of all that, and being a a good resident for nearly two years, my car was towed TWICE within the last 4-5 months prior to me moving out. Both times in the middle of the night/very early morning with no warnings. Apparently (I asked the towing company) the towing company circles the lots after 6pm on weekends looking for cars to tow. Doesn’t matter if you’re a resident, visitor, borrowing a car because yours in the shop. No exceptions. No warnings. Mind you, the ONLY sign they have posted about towing is as you’re driving into the complex. Nothing else in the parking lots. You just go out in the morning to see your car missing and get screwed out of $160. I’ve been driving for 16 years and never had my car towed. I decided to live at this complex and they tow me TWICE.

At first, I think I rated this complex a 3 or 4, but my experience is making me downgrade. We've had multiple issues since we first moved in in June of 2024 (leaking window that now makes our whole apartment cold, crack in the doorframe, broken blinds) that we have been told multiple times would be fixed and haven't been. Anytime something has been fixed, there's been a substantial fee. I have tried to call the office multiple times and the number doesn't work. Most of the letters from the front office are nonsensical and unclear. The apartment itself is fine, but we're really questioning the management.

This is a wonderful place to live. It's great scenery definitely, the staff. Keep the place up-to-date with the area being where it's at. I love it here. They were very respectful in the office. They always get things done in a timely manner as well as taking care of the property and making it look beautiful... i love that. My child can go out and play. It enjoys yourself and it not be broken things or dangerous. This place is definitely a must, if you're looking for something in the area.

Absolutely hate this place. It started from them showing me a beautiful model apartment that's was absolutely perfect(go figure) to assigning me a unit that had very unstable wall outlets(exposed wires) unstable closet hanger ramps in the larger bedroom closet. Faulty door on the smaller bedroom closet and the entry way to the actual building was dirty with a foul odor. After not accepting the assigned unit, I then was given some other options, 3 to be exact. Let's just say I chose the one I thought was best and I was content. It was the beginning of January, me and my son had been looking for an apartment home and this one (from the model shown) I thought was perfect. (It was the closet in the larger bedroom that sold me on them and the pleasant staff) after moving in I realized the heat didn't work and there was a LARGE hole in my bedroom to outside(air-conditioning ventilation) so it made the entire back of the apartment cold. I kept my door closed and because my son is hot natured and it was warming up soon I didn't press the issue as much(tho I did mention it and the maintenance covered the hole the best he could with a garbage bag and tape). Then it began to warm up and I realized I didn't have air-conditioning. Tho it was February, there were still days that got in the high temperatures to the point my son began to get nose bleeds in home. I informed the front desk and was told that they knew it did not work but it wasnt their concern until the summer months. Me and my son went with out Air-conditioning until the end of June. Aside from the one portable air conditioning unit they gave us the end of May and then another one mid June. In my duration of being a resident here I have had someone enter into my house twice with out notice or welcome. Once by maintenance I which my son was terrified and once by kids who were unattended to(they actually mocked my ring camera upon entry) the building is always filthy with foul odor. I also have 2 vehicles and one has been towed twice. There is more that I can actually say but I get upset the more I think about it. I absolutely would not recommend staying here...... Oh, last thing because it's the creepiest most disturbing. The large black birds that surround the apartment, parking lot, and trash. Absolutely disturbing!!! I am a model tenant, I have NEVER been late on rent and I make sure to comply. I really feel taken advantage of. Will not be...

I absolutely adore this place. I have lived here for going on 2 and a half years now, and could not be happier anywhere else. The office staff is very helpful and friendly, and very timely with responses to concerns or work orders. The crew that does the repairs is also extremely friendly and does an excellent job at their work.

The apartments are beautiful and each one has a unique touch with the counter tops. The model apartment is spot on with what you can expect from your own apartment. The grounds of the complex are also very well kept and beautiful. The staff does a good job of updating this with plants and other items throughout the year. They have updated the scenery and added to the community many times, giving us a community fire pit, grill, etc. There is also a gym for tenants to use and it is open 24/7. There are the basic needs here, but all are very useful.

Neighbors are very respectful of the apartment setting, and if they violate the noise rules the staff is very good about speaking with them and taking care of issues. They have good hours for those that get out of work at 5, and will go out of their way to be of help to tenants during those hours.

I love how the office staff will take input from tenants into consideration when they make decisions or updates. They also run contests for chances of winning gift cards and such during holidays, involving the apartment community even more. I find this to be a lot of fun, and it does give the tenants a sense of being involved.

Kroger is within walking distance, as are a lot of other stores, and even a larger gym (Planet Fitness) if desired. There are a lot of fast food places close by, and some shopping centers and sit down eateries. The traffic into/out of the complex is not bad, unless it's a very busy hour like 8am or 5pm.

A lot of times, parking can be an issue, especially if you come in late. The office has given overflow parking for the occasions and this is the only issue I have encountered.

I HIGHLY suggest this complex/company to anyone looking to rent in the...
