I love cindy vapes. I have tried to shop other places for my vapes and my oils and I always regret it. I do not live close to them at all. So everytime I need something for my vape I have to make a 30 minute commute to get to them. But it is very much worth it. Their sweet southern oils are the best I have found anywhere. Their prices are great. And much better than any other place I've tried to go. I love the smoothness of their oils. And their great customer service is very educated on their products and are great at matching you with the perfect oil or vape for your taste or style. Bought a kanger kit from another store on Saturday, started leaking Saturday wasn't able to make it back to where I bought it Saturday so my husband was taking it apart to check it out and broke my glass. Went to where I bought it Monday told them what happened they had no replacement glass and didn't offer to help in any way even though I only was able to use it for a couple hours. So I went to cincy vapors in Fairfield ohio, they were out of the replacement glass, but they tried another glass and when that didn't work they gave me another sub tank and two coils!!! They did everything they could to help me and I didn't even buy the kit there!! Great bunch of guys!!! Awesome way to take care of a customer!!! Thanks soo much guys. I'll be seeing you...

The Fairfield location is the only vape store I go to. Besides the fact that they have my favorite juice, the employees are really great. Any time of have had questions or problems with a vape, they are always helpful and polite. I actually came in last night, they confirmed my vape was broken, and offered me suggestions on a new vape to buy. I will be honest and say I almost decided to just buy it online because it’s cheaper, but I decided I would rather give my money to the smaller business that has always done me right (and the fact I was able to buy my favorite juice at $8 off didn’t hurt).
