Post Nail Spa — Local services in Fairfield

I've been coming here for about a year and have usually been satisfied, but unfortunately, my recent visit left me disappointed. While I don't expect overly friendly service, I do expect professionalismand this time, that was lacking.

Toward the end of my session, Linda asked if I wanted another coat. I looked closely at my nails and said yes. She seemed visibly annoyed, spoke to another nail tech in another language, and returned with a different bottle. Without confirming, she painted my pinky nail a noticeably different shade of yellow. When I pointed it out and said I didn’t like it, she laughed and again spoke to her coworker, seemingly frustrated.

She then rushed through the rest of the service, and I noticed the staff had already started cleaning up as if they were closing—even though it was only 6:15 and the salon closes at 7.

I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed by the lack of care and attention during this visit. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it’s not reflective of the experience I’ve come to...

Extremely unprofessional! Proceeded to yell in my face when I asked if there was anything they could do because they did an awful job. Followed me outside & stood in front of my car & disturbed everyone eating next door & neglected their customers inside for two employees to yell in my face. My friends nails looked alright but mine somehow look worse than before. The manager yelled & said I could not write a review as if i did not have the option. She said that the only way she can take off 5 dollars was if I did not write a review. It was not her fault she did not do my nails. I work in Ansonia and usually get off work at 5:15p depending on the traffic I usually get to them around 6pm. Today makes it no difference. I get in the nail salon and the lady expresses to me that she cannot take me. And I said, why not? She answers, Because it’s too late!
