To those customers who have had card jacks not repaired, or thinks they are over priced, this is the industry, after even 3-6 months, the card manufacturer discontinues the card and comes out with a new model subtype to improve their product.
I have had great success and dissapointments from i compurpo hoever I have learned from every time I thought that he has done something wrong or misdiagnosed my computer problem, because i needed to do my own research.
Computrer repair today is like going to the doctor for a cold or flu, you wouldnt sue him if the drug simply didnt work, but if you had enough common sense and were informed perhaps you could have helped your self.
Its of UTMOST IMPORTANCE to do your homework and include model numbers, known issues with your manufacturer, and so on.
When you purchase any computer tech device, card, or even software product, they ALL COME WITH 20 OR MORE PAGES OF DISCLAIMERS ON THEIR PATENTS.

I had built a computer, and seated the cpu improperly. A simple fix. They took 3 weeks to fix this. an issue that would take mere minutes. We had to call him every day, to get any sort of updates. He was VERY rude in the phone calls and demanded we stop calling.
Against better judgement, went back to him for our other pc after the mother board was dead. After 2 weeks with no word, we had to go there in person and get the news that the motherboard was dead. No calls no nothing.
Then we finally decide to build a machine ourselves. We get suckered by him into buying a motherboard and now learn, thorough EVGA customer support, is defective. Now watch him refuse to refund...

After multiple calls and texts went unanswered I showed up at the office during typical business hours only to see a sign that said closed and to text the number I had been reaching out to for 2 weeks and not hearing back from. When I heard back almost 4 weeks after dropping off my machine I was told he was still waiting on parts. As soon as those parts came in a month later, there was a sudden urgency then to get me back in to pay. He did the job, but the lack of transparency and communication was beyond off-putting and frustrating. Would...
