I’ve ordered from this place countless times. Seriously, A LOT. Being Vietnamese, this spot has been my go-to because it’s the only one around that reminds me of home. Every time I order, it’s a big order for my family — that’s how much I’ve supported them over the years. But lately, something’s changed. The last few times I ordered, my kids ended up with upset stomachs the next day. I brushed it off, didn’t complain, didn’t point fingers. I wanted to believe it was just bad luck or something else. Tonight though… I’m honestly disgusted. After a long, exhausting day, I didn’t feel like cooking, so I ordered again. But what we got was beyond disappointing — the food was spoiled. The smell, the taste, everything was off. And the more I thought about it, the angrier I got. Because this isn’t just about bad food — it’s about putting profit over people. That’s what hurts the most. People are what keep a business alive. For a restaurant to knowingly send out spoiled food — to risk someone’s health just to save a few bucks — that’s not just careless, it’s morally wrong. I’ve never wanted to write a bad review about this place. As a fellow Asian, I believe in saving face, in giving grace, in supporting our own. But wrong is wrong. And tonight was just that — wrong. I’m heartbroken to even say it, but I can’t keep quiet about it.

Best Bún Thịt Nướng (Grilled Pork & Rice Noodles) I have ever had. It's my go to Vietnamese dish, particularly in warm weather and I've eaten it up and down the Northeast as well as in LA & San Francisco. There was just something perfect about it here at Phở Nha Trang - the pork was tender & nicely chewy; the seasonings spot-on with harmonious notes of pepper, sweetness and super groovy umami! Damn, was it nice! My son had the Phở Gà (chicken soup) on this visit. He loved and claimed it to have fixed the cold which had been plaguing him. The staff is really warm with everybody and their mom (literally!) stopping by the tables to make sure the guests are all happy. Living in Boston, there are plenty great grilled pork opportunities when I get a hankering. I get a little misty, however, knowing there is a better one about two and half hours away. Lucky for me, my kid goes to College close to Phở Nah Trang - we get to pop in a couple times per semester!

I do not have a lot of experience with Vietnamese restaurants , this was only my third ,and I will say I was not really happy with the first two. Not that the first two were lacking in service, presentation or cleanliness in any way, It was just with my American palate the flavors of the food was just ok. Trust me ,I am willing to, and have sampled many recommended restaurants outside of my comfort zone and have been absolutely blown away with these recommendations. PHO NHA TRANG ( forgive my ignorance on the actual spelling is, we are talking about their food) was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC.. The first thing I always notice when I walk into someplace new is Cleanliness , A+++. . next ,friendliness, A+++, then of coarse ,the food. I ordered one of their "baby size " Shrimp soups as an appetizer , OMG ,One giant bowl of soup with flavor I have never experienced before...For the main course, I had a fried noodle shrimp plate , that was absolutely beautiful in presentation ,and probably one of the most delicious things I have ever tasted . Not to mention , plenty to take home. Again , I am new to Vietnamese food . If you are as well , This is the place to go!!! I will be Scratching my local american /italian favorites for a while to work through...

I'm a regular at this restaurant because the pho is that good to me. When I can't have my mom's pho, I come here. I highly recommend the chicken pho. I deducted two stars for service due to the fact that we are never served water, regardless if we asked for it while ordering or when we are served our food. The one time we were asked if we wanted a drink and I requested water, we never got it. We were also one of only a few tables occupied, if not the only ones in the restaurant at the time. Initially I thought it was some kind of cost-saving rule where you must ask twice before they actually give you water because they use plastic cups and not glass that can be washed and re-used. That theory was debunked when we ate there again recently, and overheard another patron order his pho and water and was subsequently quickly served what he asked for. The waitress even brought water to another table, but not ours. We had asked for water 15 minutes earlier when we got our food. This has happened multiple times so it's unlikely the waitress just...
