I would give this business 203 stars if I could!

Where do I start?! The 203 had been my GO TO place for everything from gifts to everyday wear. I love doing business with The 203, supporting a small local owned business that I know is providing a reliable EXCELLENT product every time. Between the online shopping and in person experience, a customer could not ask for a better experience. Walking into The 203 HQ is always the best part of my day. Tory and Roscoe are practically family members, or at least it feels like that!

I’ve loved taking -advantage of their in-person shopping at their adorable location in Southport/Westport. If you have never stopped by a 203 hosted event you are seriously missing out. They do great seasonal events with other local vendors, sales, and fun events frequently. They also have great seasonal drops and products for all seasons and holidays, whether its an awesome Pride Month Hat or summer beach towel! Their collection for babies and children is also extensive and very cute.

Also, customer service is like a dream. The 203 team is very responsive to all questions and issues! When the rare issue occurs (returns, etc) they are so quick to respond and resolve the issue ASAP. The customer truly comes first with The 203! I can not recommend this company enough for any occasion (not that you need one). It is particularly fantastic if you are looking for birthday, holiday, graduation gifts etc. for all ages. After your first purchase you will certainly become a life-long 203’er. The 203 also goes above and beyond to do good in their community, frequently partnering with great causes to raise money for charity and other important causes. It’s so refreshing to see a local business really becoming a foundational part of the community that they care so much about.

This is legitimately one of my favorite CT small businesses, perhaps even one of my favorites ever! The 203 has amazing, comfy clothing - everything we buy immediately becomes our favorite - and creative local touches, as well as awesome events. They are very present in the community, and their Instagram promos and seasonal warehouse sales are not to be missed!

Above all, their customer service is exceptional. Whether you are a first-time buyer checking out local merch, or a longtime fan, everyone is treated like family. When I was about to deliver my baby, they made navigating an exchange a breeze and even added personal touches to welcome my baby. When we bring her to the store, she is celebrated too!
