Harbor Freight — Local services in Fairhaven

Horrible customer service from a so called manager. She needs to be retrained on knowledge of products and what and how the warranty works for that specific tool brand. One thing she can’t be trained on is how to speak to the customer she was the rudest manager I have ever dealt with. She was speaking down to me like I had no clue about anything in that store the funny thing is I know a HELL of a lot more then her on the tools and what can be warrantied and how long the warranty is for. I won’t say the managers name but she works in mid morning shift and the first 3 initials in her name is “Joc”. I hope this store contacts me about this matter and seriously reconsiders having this person be the face of the store. Other then her I love this store everyone else does a great job and is very helpful Travis and the other supervisors are always a pleasure...

Amazon let me down with their 2 day delivery of moving blankets, so I called Harbor Freight and the two guys working on 11/10 were awesome in making sure I got the right size blankets, and enough if them (I bought 30!), and then helped me bring three carts to my car.
