Made a complaint and showed receipt and pictures approx. February 15th I get reply on 19th saying

I waited a week and wrote back saying I haven’t been contacted and guess what It is now March 1st and still no response from anyone. This is how 99s treats their customers as unimportant. No problem taking our money but when they completely ruin a meal someone orders and they complain they won’t do anything about it. Food was great. However while we sat at our table we listened to 3 servers talk about who was going to be our server. This conversation took place after my husband and I sat for over 5 minutes with no server and then the conversation began and so we waited till they figuired it out. But it was kind of awkward because I felt like Noone wanted to be our server. About 5 minutes after the conversation a young lady came to serve us and she wasn't even in the conversation. We were a bit confused. I must say she did a great job regardless of the fact that when we asked her a queastion about the menu she told us she didn't know because she was new.. it's pretty Balsey of 99 restaurant to charge $1.29 to put buffalo sauce on chicken tenders and serve them to you. They put an additional charge of $1.29. Just put Buffalo sauce on your chicken tenders. Shame on you 99 That's a desperate reach for money why not just put them price of the Buffalo sauce into the price of the chicken tenders I can't believe you that desperate to charge for every little thing used to be a quality place but I don't know lately it's been going downhill that's my opinion not necessarily everybody else and it's not about the dollar 29. It's the fact that you have the audacity. To put $1.29 on my bill just to apply hot sauce for Buffalo tenders that I ordered that are supposed to be hot without the sauce. I don't get it.
