Utopia — Local services in Fairhope

This used to be my favorite boutique; sadly no more. I've spent quite a bit in there. I bought a darling pair of white cotton pants with pretty grommets/bling down the side. I wore them once and the fabric frayed around all the grommets. I took them back and was told in a snotty manner that if they were washed or worn they would not return. I understand to a certain point but when they are washed or worn and fall apart, that is a different story. I put fray check around each of the grommets and hopefully can wear a couple more times before throwing away....$62 for this poor quality . Disappointing to...

I went in the store to look for a gift for my sister and I was greeted nicely by the ladies up front and was checked on and I was told “by the way the XLs are right over here” as she pointed to a rack of maybe 10 different items. I was a little thrown off because I didn’t ask for that and was being told just because of my size. As I was leaving she proceeded to ask me if I’m from out of town. I truly don’t think they meant to be malicious but there is a respectful way to talk to customers and I didn’t feel great after...

Every encounter with the staff of this boutique has been extremely pleasant and inviting. Their inventory is beautiful and high end, but they are not pretentious or brash in speech or mannerisms.
