Hollister Co. — Local services in Fairlawn

I usually have a good experience here but today was not the case. Walked in to exchange a shirt for some items, ended up picking a pair of sleep shorts and a bikini top & bottom because they were labeled as buy one get one half off (Would have made my bottoms $10 instead of $20). I check out, use my $5 off reward and the $24 I had from my exchange. My total is $39 and some change, I leave and check my receipt and see the $10 off the bottoms (the 50% off) wasn’t applied. No biggie, I go back in and a manager is working and I explain the situation to her. She says the discount was already applied (my $5 reward) and argues that there’s nothing she can do it must just not be on sale. I try to explain to her that the discount isn’t the 50% off and mid conversation she tells me $10 will be refunded to me. I’m thrown off because she just told me MULTIPLE times there was “nothing she could do.” I say thank you, ask for a receipt and she very rudely says “yep you always get a receipt.” I say oh okay thanks and she looks me dead in the face, Rolls her eyes and says “yup.” I have genuinely never dealt with such a rude worker ESPECIALLY when I did nothing wrong, the whole situation arose because she couldn’t understand simple math. are you kidding me?? this place is so ghetto.. i went here to buy jeans and no one offered to help me find anything. there were girls putting clothes away but no asking if i needed help finding anything. as they were checking me out, they were having a conversation between themselves and their personal life! and still , no asking if i found everything okay or nothing. i went another time to buy pants for work and it was worse this time. same experience but these girls did not give a f. they stood at the cash registers the entire time talking and i’m pretty sure they were on their phones too. they were stuck up and rude. i went straight into the fitting room. i think ill start getting free clothes here soon since no one cares and it’s a...

I'm not a big girl I'm a size 13 in jeans but I guess that's too big for Hollister. They only go up to a size 12. I politely asked the girl if she had a bigger size in jeans and she no but I could try Walmart. I will never go back I was so embarrassed in front of my friends. Then when I called in to complain they stuck me on hold for 1 and 1/2 hours... Then answer the phone with a vary rude way SO THANKS A LOT...... I just hope no other person has to deal with that store like I had...NEVER...
