Horrible customer service!! My husband wanted an inexpensive suit for the times he didn't want to wear his good ones. This was our first time purchasing anything from this store and it will DEFINITELY be our last. The only alterations that needed to be done was hemming the pants. After having to wait 2 weeks to pick the suit up he tried it on and noticed that the right pant leg was 1/2 inch shorter than the left!! They promised the mistake would be corrected in a few days. So back we went again only to find out the pants STILL had the same problem.. we were then told that we would have to come back when the guy who does the alterations would be in. The problem with this is that he is only their until 6pm weekdays. The only way my husband could get there by that time is to leave work early. This location was also about 30 minutes away from our house. The 3rd time we went the pants still were not corrected and we were treated rudely. The employee even stated that there was no reason to be upset about the pants not being done right or the amount of time that we wasted driving back and forth. The assistant manager didn't even apologize about the hassle or offer any discount towards a future purchase until I said that we will NEVER shop there again. My husband had to ask for a refund for the alterations.. that should have been offered instead of him having to ask for it. We would rather pay more for a quality suit, where alterations are done correctly in a timely manner the first time at a reputable store like Tickner's or Dillard's. Hopefully the suit will my fall apart the first time he wears it. If the workmenship is anything like the alterations there...

My husband ordered everything 6 months prior to our wedding at the fairlawn store and we learned one a week prior to our wedding that his tux was never ordered! We had all the paperwork that proved we put down the deposit. This could have been a nightmare, but thankfully another store location caught this. Also, my husband was given the wrong bow tie!! It was not a formal bow tie, it was a very skinny bow tie!! My husband is a 240 pound football player (bigger head) that needed the formal bow tie. We did not realize this until the day of our ceremony and there was nothing we could do at that point. All of our wedding pictures looks like my husband is wearing a mini black bow tie. He couldn’t trade with the groomsmen because their ties were mint green to match the bridesmaids. I’m so upset when I look at our wedding photos:( After our wedding I found out there are six different size bow ties and my husband got the smallest one!!! They are supposed to be the experts there. It obviously was ordered wrong and/or it wasn’t checked before handing everything to my husband by the sales associate. This whole experience at this location was a disaster. The manager here is very arrogant & rude to customers. He is never happy. My family & friends went to the Belden Village (canton) location and had a wonderful experience. Stopped in on Labor day to buy a new suit. We had just come from another retailer(clearly NOT your competition) after an absolutely disastrous (for them) encounter. I checked in via the app and a few moments later Eric greeted me. He enquired what we were looking for and I told him I was looking for a navy blue suit. He briefly explained what he had, but handed me a black suit coat to try on(just for sizing purposes). According to my wife, she loved the way it looked and changed my mind for me that it needed to be black. Eric found me a pair of pants that matched and offered me a pair of dress shoes to use for measuring the fit of the suit. Eric measured my neck and found me a shirt that fit well. After dressing I stepped out of the dressing room and fell in love with what he'd put together for me. So much so, I decided to buy the shoes to go with it! Eric did a fantastic job of helping me and assuring me that the suit I had on gave me the confidence needed to complete the look I was searching for. He was patient, he was extremely helpful, he was humorous and he didn't make me feel like I was in any way putting him out for being there. Now I'll be coming back for all my other suit needs because the value, the quality of the suit and the excellence of the service were all top notch!
