Worst retail experience ever
I took my teen sister here to exchange a dress that didnât fit for a new one. We were helped by the store manager Jasmine who right off the bat was short with us. She kept asking for a QR code to scan from an email my sister received. She check, I checked, my boyfriend checked and none of us could find it. My sister even showed her the email and she groaned and proceeded to tell us that sheâll have to look up her order. My sister kept looking back at me in utter disbelief, she was being so rude and short to her for absolutely no reason. She finds the order and we tell her that she wants to exchange it for a new dress, that obviously had been damaged, but in a different size. The manager proceeded to âlookâ at all the different stores that had the dress and told us we could drive to one. We already had to make a hike just to get to this store, so we asked if she could order it and have it delivered to our house. She told us sheâd have to call each individual store to ask for the sizes they had, since she couldnât view it. My sister was clearly upset and didnât know what to do so I just told her to buy the dress because this manager didnât want to do her job. We ended up looking at the inventory for the Summit malls Windsor and low and behold they had the size she needed. We just decided to ship the dress back to return it and order the new one but we realized the store manager ripped off the tag of the dress. When my mother tried calling them to ask if weâd still be able to return it Jasmine was just as rude and short to her. After 5 minutes of talking she asked my mother, âWhen can you drive back up hereâ. My mother said we couldnât for a few days and she cuts her off to say, âWeâre actually closed right nowâŚâ at 5pm when their store hours are 11am-8pm on Wednesdays and abruptly hangs up the phone. They had a store manager from another store named CHRISTINA thatâs was very rude, insulting and disrespectful. I asked for her name and corporate number she would not give it to me stating âthey not gone do anything.â I then called and informed another store manager about this altercation and she gave me excuses as to why CHRISTINA could of came off rude but she doesnât think she meant it because she was going through a lot with covid and family issues. She did not address my concerns nor help the situation. Since this, I have called corporate and filed a complaint.    Read moreI left work early to make it to get a dress for a wedding I have this weekend. I arrived and picked out a couple of dresses and went to ask for a fitting room. I was told by two women joking at the register that the fitting rooms were closed because their was only two of them and they both had to go stand up front and there was no one to watch the fitting rooms. So I left work early to drive out here to look for a dress and was told that 2 hours before closing. I understand Covid and all but the dressing rooms werenât even closed because of covid, they chose to close them when there was a total of 3 people in the store. Extremely disappointed and feel that this was not right.
