This target gave me the single worst experience I've ever had as a retail in the 34 years I've lived. It made me believe that the supervisor aging who can't be more than 19 years old is a bigot. The arrogance of when I told him I was going to talk to the boss and corporate was very much a person who can harbor those kind of beliefs it's too early to say it was the color of my skin. Racism is real in this country, song is still in from self checkout within under a minute of me leaving the store before I realize it was not on me. Instead of helping me they just made me frustrated unless almost speechless and extremely emotional. I wouldn't be surprised given that I told him I'm going to get a hold of his boss in corporate if he lies and calls me a aggressive belligerent individual. His actions could have had life-changing consequences for me because my job and how I'm able to get to work is I need a phone with service, if my phone wasn't noticed as quickly as it was I would not have asked for help the way I did. AJ just simply didn't care to help me at all, he just blamed policy where some of them felt like he was just straight up lying, he even said that him and his crew doesn't have time to help me because they have guests that they need to take care of because they're not responsible AJ apparently doesn't look at me as a guest. He could have been the difference on me being able to have my phone tracked and me being able to get a hold of this authorities. AJ said it was company policy not to call the cops without the person being present while they go use the restroom, AJ seem to have stalled me and caused me such great frustration that I couldn't think straight. Now I wonder if it was a employee. At Fred Meyers if you're not helping a employee you grab the baskets and check as soon as the customer leaves. When I came in the employee was standing around. She remembered but then changed her story quickly, the security guard didn't remember no one remembered anything within a minute, the security guard thought it was funny. I guess he only cares about Target's property. I went to get help for multiple different items and received on from the very minute I came...
Read moreTerrible Starbucks experience today at 11:15 am on 7/8/2017. I was second in line and was just getting a pastry from the case. Customer in front of me decided to have a lengthy conversation about several different sandwiches and drinks he wanted. The Starbucks employee on duty proceeded to go in the back and hunt for sandwiches that she couldn't locate, while I waited. She finally found them, and then started making his drinks. While she was standing there, I asked her if she could just grab me something out of the case real quick. She replied, that she had to make all the drinks first for the other customer. I waited tell she got the drinks going, and then asked her again If I could get my pastry. She replied that she had to make the whole order first. Meanwhile, this is all happening while another Starbucks employee walks by and doesn't bother to help either. After I respond by saying that it was rude to make me wait this long for a simple pastry, she then proceeded to take her time with her current order, almost as though she was enjoying the fact that I was annoyed. In the end, I ended up cursing at her unfortunately, (my bad), and walking out. I will never go there again. Unfortunately it seems the employees that work at this Target Starbucks do not act as professional and courteous as the Starbucks employees from your regular store fronts. I feel that a simple solution could have been reached to avoid this encounter. Simply going the extra mile and taking an extra 30 seconds by multi tasking both orders would have been more efficient rather then causing...
Read moreHorrible Customer Service From Hannah In Customer Service & Tyler The Manager
I returned a portable AC that blew, but not very good, and when Hannah gave me change she didn't trust me to bring back a penny, so she spent time counting out 99 cents. I went to my car afterwards to get a penny anyway, when I returned she had a snarky attitude and told me that she can't open her draw to exchange my 100 cents for a $1 bill. I asked the manager Tyler if he could help her out and open the draw, he said he can't do that unless I buy something. I told him I was a customer and he suggested I buy a candy car... I'm an Organic Vegan so no thanks. I walked over to another cashier who missed the conversation, and asked if he could trade me before his draw closed. He told me I had to wait for him to get the next customer, I said but he doesn't know if they are paying cash...he shut the draw anyway and started ringing up the customer. He then told me that he would open it in a minute, which he did..manually. I told Hannah that he opened his draw for me to trade me since she didn't trust me over a penny. Her reply, we're not supposed to open our draws. This is what we call customer service now days? No wonder not many people shop at Target. (Update) After I left this review Tyler contacted me on Facebook to call me a liar among a bunch of other nasty names, he also lied and said I was cussing them out and such, then when I threatened to report him for slander he blocked me. I should probably screenshot those messages and show them to the store manager, just in case he still...
