Jeff, the Store Manager and Tamara another employee worked with us on our purchase. Initially, Jeff spent a lot of time with us helping us eventually decide on the Cloud Surpreme Breeze. He offered his personal experience, customer stories and then dialed in on our sleeeping preferences that eventually helped us figure out what we wanted. When we went to purchase the bed, Tamara was working. She was very professional as well. Because of the consolidation of their stores, the computer software was not accepting my credit from my other bed. Tamara called customer service and their IT help line for us and was on hold for a long time. Eventually, the phone center closed so we weren't able to purchase the bed that evening. She apologized many times and said Jeff would try to work with IT and we could be back in the morning. As promised, Jeff called when the error was fixed and I went in to pay for the bed. Jeff also apologized many times and when I asked him, he said he was on the phone 2 plus hours to get the in house computer problem solved. The service was excellent and I would highly recommend this store. Jeffrey and Sean were so awesome to work with! I spoke to Jeff on the phone, but he was with a client when I arrived, so Sean assisted me, as well as Jeff, once he finished with the client. They were knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I went in pretty much knowing what I wanted, but I feel like even if I didn’t, they would have steered me in the right direction. Though I was offered “upsells”, they were in no way pushed upon me, and I was able to decide, with no pressure, if I wanted anything extra (which I did, because I wanted a mattress cover, so I’m very glad that was offered — and the one I got is awesome!). I got a great deal because of Black Friday, and was even given free delivery, since I was buying multiple mattresses and covers. (I’ve bought a lot of furniture recently, and this has been the only place to give me free delivery, so that was wonderful! Every little bit helps!) Great experience! I decided to upgrade from a Full to a Queen and this was the first place I stopped. Bonnie was super helpful and knowledgable while I was trying out different beds, and she was very pressure-free as I shopped and ultimately left to go check out other places also. I came back after a week of shopping, knowing the service here and the bed they had was exactly what I was looking for. It was a pain-free experience to sign up for financing and set up my delivery date. I've been sleeping on my mattress for a week now. I know they say it takes 21 days to sleep on a mattress to break it in, adjust to it and know if it's right for you, but I knew from day one. The very first night and every night since, I have slept all through the night without tossing and turning or waking up to my partner's and pet's movements. I got the Beautyrest Hybrid Plush and it's amazing. Still wondering if Bonnie was just teasing me about crawling on it every night to break it in.... but I'm okay looking like a fool if it means I get this great of rest. :) Thanks Bonnie!!! I LOVE...
