Fairway Shops — Local services in Fairway

First time at this location. Came for happy hour, seated in worse table in the place. Asked waiter, only seats in lounge area (very few), and too hot to sit outside. EJ was our server, he was nice. But needed help, manager should have been helping him. If a server has the worse section in the place should at least have the best service. Back 2 tables next too the restaurant sign, awful view, of the kitchen. Our table was dirty when we were seated by the hostess, still had lettuce on one side, other stuff on booth side on the table, my husband used cloth napkin to wipe it down. Quaint location. Parking is a little rough. The food was delicious. But, most of the menu choices are rather eclectic. Some a little more eclectic than my normal taste. During my last visit though, my very nice waitress, pointed out a menu item that I had missed and even help me construct a breakfast plate of just the things that I wanted and managed to save me about $5 on my bill. I believe that I drove to the Sprout's Grocery Store south of 95th and Nall in Overland Park, KS to buy some groceries and they require customers to wear masks to shop for groceries. I've been wearing face masks for 6 months now due to the Corona-Virus situation in the whole-world.
