I would crawl past this place with a broken leg to get to St. Luke's rather than go back. I broke my wrist and went to the walk-in clinic. The "doctor" was either drunk or hungover, the x-rays they took were inconclusive. Their advice was to wait until Monday and go see a real doctor. Then the bills started coming in. They find a way to nickel and dime every little expense and collude with the insurance companies to figure out how to get it all out of YOU. This place is a sorry excuse for a medical establishment and needs to be shut down...

The urgent care here has pretty awful bedside manor and limited diagnostic capability. I went in with a sports injury, the provider took one look at it then asked me, "what do you want me to do?" I was hoping they would know seeing as I'm not a medical professional.

I then went to the ER where they looked at my leg, wrapped it up, and gave me crutches. I guess that was too complicated for this urgent...

They FORCE you to go on countless meaningless appointments with doctors that don't have anything to do with cancer before they even treat you and when they're ready ti treat you, it's too late and you gotta put your loved one on hospice. Seriously, go...
