Update: Went in and ordered a sectional. Was told delivery would be the 20th, 8 days out. I get a voicemail and they canāt deliver till the 29th. I call to cancel and was put on hold for like ten minutes. They say Daryl will call me back. He does and letās just say heās no Robert. He was obviously pissed I was canceling the order and he hung up on me. So I take back what I said about referring this store. Iāll drive over to Jordanās where everyone is a Robert. In a world full of Darylās be a Robert. End of update.
After days of driving up to MA I needed to sleep. So I went bed shopping online and most places couldnāt deliver the same day. Understandable. So I figured since I have to wait Iāll go in person and browse. I went down the street to Cardis. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Robert. Iām not even sure how he saw me as he was on the other side of the store but he did and he welcomed me as he walked over. He explained the delivery process as we walked over to the beds. He was clear, direct and respectful. I found a mattress and frame relatively quickly and they BOTH could be delivered that day. Robert brought me to his desk to get everything written up and as he did he said I made his job easy finding a bed I liked so quickly but tbh he made it easy for me. He was very personable and chatted about his wife and certain experiences we shared. He also helped me figure out what type of couch I could get up to my apartment. Delivery was later that day and the delivery guys were amazing. Iām on a third floor walk up with narrow hallways and the delivery guys had no problem. I mentioned getting more furniture and they also suggested the same couches as Robert. For once, everyone was on the same page and not trying to upsell me. Setup was a breeze and I slept like a baby. I could not be happier with both the service and the products. 10/10 will shop there again and will recommend this particular store to...

Walked in there the other day looking for a pillow. My old one was causing pain in my neck. Broke my neck in 1993 (c5 fracture) I knew I'd spend a little more and get a quality pillow rather than going to Walmart, spending 25 bucks, and have a pillow that'll last me about a month. I left with a memory foam $130 pillow that was very nice. Used it one night and woke up worse for it. It was just too thick. Went back the next day in the sales person (same guy) was extremely understanding. I asked him if there was anything in a memory foam but also softer, almost cloud-like. She suggested the "purple pillow", and man I couldn't be happier. It's been 2 nights an I can't wait to go to bed an make it a 3 night. No pain, no problems. Just a great night sleep. I had a problem with a coupon that was accidentally charged to my account back in October in the Swansea store. The Supervisor came out and āfixed itā. Needless to say here it is in December and Iām on the phone with the bank trying to resolve the problem. Thankfully you have Bob Husak employed. Bob listened to my dilemma and went above and beyond to correct the problem. Within a few hours Bob called me back. Bob sent emails to the proper channels and the problem was resolved. Bob is the guy you want in customer service! Bob took the time to listen. A simple coupon error has tied up my credit line since October. Please make sure you acknowledge this valuable employee. Good help is hard to come by these days.
