When a pharmacy has techs that choose whether a patient, who has been out of their medication(s) for multiple days, should have their prescription filled as soon as possible like their doctor orders or that their medication is "no rush" because they are a Mass Health patient, there is a huge issue. It's an even bigger issue, when those techs speak loud enough for someone on the phone to hear everything they are saying, which means it is highly likely that people inside the pharmacy who do not work there can overhear patient...

No public restrooms for customers -- referred my 72 year old spouse to its neighboring businesses that do provide public restrooms. Sorry, CVS, that sucks. I put my intended purchases back on the shelf and we left. We saved $2 buying our sunscreen and soda at Stop & Shop.
