Blue Sky family — Local services in Fallon

Our first time here and it wasn't too bad. All the staff seemed super friendly and interactive. They stated the wait would be about 35 but we were sat and given drinks right away. Waited maybe 10-12 for our order to be taken and maybe another 15 for our food. It seemed about normal wait to be expected. The food was pretty good. I will say however the pancakes could have more taste a little vanilla or something. To me there wasn't any flavor. My hash browns were crispy and they added the perfect amount of cooked onions, eggs were scrambled, fluffy and not over done which is nice. Bacon with a little chew and crisp. The environment seemed inviting. Kinda like an old timey diner feel. The only complaint I have which took away one star, was there was a male employee behind the bar area looked to maybe have been a cook, he had a hat and was rubbing it back and forth and it just didn't look sanitary. I kind of expect young people these days to be rude/socially inept but not older folks. The lady at the register seemed annoyed that I brought items up to buy. Even after greeting her with a smile and saying “Good morning.” She huffed and rang me up. I smiled again after paying and said “Thank you. Have a great day.” And she did not acknowledge me. People like this are a big part of why brick & mortar retail is dying a quick death. I probably won’t...

There was a beautiful pair of lamps I liked but the price was a bit high so I asked if I could purchase both for a bit less since I wanted the pair. The cashier replied with “go across the street and ask the landlord to drop out almost 4 figure rent and we can make it cheaper.” The amount of unprofessional things the cashier told us made the expirence very unpleasant.
