Allie + Bess — Local services in Farmers Branch

I placed at least a thousand dollars worth of orders at this company. I’ve had a problem with the Dotties a certain style of necklace and bracelet and they are now useless as they did not hold up. I’ve had them less than a year and they started deteriorating after a few months. It’s hundreds of dollars worth of jewelry. It should have lasted longer for the price , etc. When I contacted the company they were not open to helping at all. They wanted me to purchase new jewelry with a small discount. This was their solution. When I wrote back to them , they were rather insulting and when I called them out they apologized , sort of and asked me what I had in mind to replace my jewelry. When I responded , they didn’t answer. I’ve now sent them over 10 emails and messaged them on their website and they are completely ignoring me. I believe most likely I’m blocked. It’s unbelievable! I would not ever ignore a customer, Ever! It’s rude and unprofessional and disrespectful to someone who decided to spend their money at your company. Buyer beware! The photos show the gold has rubbed off all my pieces. Also pic of the website chat not answering me. This is my second day with the same chat results. Completely ignored. What kind of company does this? My sent box has over 10 ignored emails I’ve sent...
