A Beautiful Mess — Local services in Farmington

I visited this store with my family, and upon entering, we were met with an unwelcoming atmosphere. There were approximately four women at the register, who looked at us with a sense of disdain, as if we didn't belong. No one greeted us or acknowledged our presence, creating an awkward and uncomfortable environment. We proceeded to grab a basket from outside and walked past them, smiling. As we turned to start shopping from the other side of the store, one of the cashiers loudly commented to another lady, 'Oh, here are the cameras to watch them.' I found this remark amusing and continued shopping. However, within a minute, I noticed one of the ladies from the cash register standing behind me, and when I caught her eye, she quickly pretended to be busy folding an already folded item. This behavior continued as I moved to another area of the store, with her following me. I consulted with my family members, asking if they had experienced similar treatment, and we collectively decided to leave the store. Notably, a white couple entered the store shortly after us and received a warm welcome, which contrasted sharply with our experience. As we departed, my elderly mother expressed her disappointment to the staff, stating that their behavior was rude, disrespectful, and prejudiced. A Beautiful Mess is a fantastic shop. The store is clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Their products are great and the pricing is surprisingly affordable! Another great feature is that they offer delivery, which is very useful if you don’t have access to a truck. The delivery was timely, professional, and they even placed, setup, and cleaned up afterwards! This place is a real gem here...
