He was very nice until the moment I used the washer and let him know it smelled bad. When I was buying it. He kept telling me a story about a lady that complained about a washer he sold her that smelt. Then he continues to say I reminded him of her. After I had the same problem I realized he knew the washer stunk and was setting me up to think it was me like the other lady. lol smart but not. Long story short he gave me two month warranty and I wanted to see what I could do about trading in for another set but he blocked me. So that says it all right there. I’ve seen him in the past on fb and people complained about him but now I get it. He hides and opens his store by appointment because he blocks people and hides. ALL I WANTED WAS to buy a good washer and dryer from a honest. person that would make it right. Honest person would have kept communicating to resolve my problem. It was literally the first week I bought it not like it had been long time. So I am going to better business bureau and reporting that 60 day warranty is no good if you block a person and don’t open your store unless you know someone is coming.HE GIVES SMALL BUSINESS BAD NAME Sad that people can’t just be honest. I have screenshots of all communication so when he tells people stories like he did to me about the lady with the sticky washer. I was not crazy rude. I didn’t blow up his phone. I just let him know it smelled he didn’t give time to resolve it. 🙏💯 I’m still waiting to see if he will contact me to resolve this issue because I did everything he told me to do but only have been able to see that the rubber sill is separating from the tub so I once again reached out to him to resolve the issue. Owner refuses to admit mistakes and overlooks problems when making repairs, then accuses the customer of misuse and threatens to charge on any recurring issues even within the 30 day period. After being told we would be charged for bringing back the dryer that we have had repeated issues with since the day we bought it here, we had a different appliance repairman come out to fix it. He fixed it right the first time and told us the thermal fuse kept blowing because of a separate issue that had been overlooked by NCG. He then proceeded to tell us he has had to repair many appliances that have been bought from this store this year alone....
