You all have no idea the headache this man saved me. I am an enthusiast who brought in a 5000 dollar somewhat complex mini itx build that I custom built myself that had 3d printed parts etc. Because of the complexity of the build he allowed me in the service area with him so I could show him the nuances of the case so he could have an easier time getting the graphics card out and troubleshoot all the components. He was very careful and nice and got to the root of the issue quite fast. Very luckily it was not a major problem and was actually a silly mistake I made likely while being very tired. I would highly recommend this company. After Microsoft crashed on me I was desperate to get my computer back up and running, beings that my husband does college every night online... Friend took his 5-year old $3000 gaming laptop here for repair. He paid for an hour of diagnostic service. Owner told him it couldn't be repaired and asked customer to pay a $45 extra on top of service fee to "take it off his hands".
