Last night my daughter and I needed to do an exchange for shorts that did not fit. I, however, did not have the receipt and for some unknown reason could not find my purchase on my online account. So this took much longer than it should of (my fault), but Miss Dana was helping us and she went above and beyond! She was able to locate my pick-up order receipt and complete the exchange. She was patient and kind and willing to find a way to complete this transaction....
