Last night my daughter and I needed to do an exchange for shorts that did not fit. I, however, did not have the receipt and for some unknown reason could not find my purchase on my online account. So this took much longer than it should of (my fault), but Miss Dana was helping us and she went above and beyond! She was able to locate my pick-up order receipt and complete the exchange. She was patient and kind and willing to find a way to complete this transaction....

Made a purchase on Friday for my son's birthday gift. I asked if it's the right product and color and sales guy told me yes it is. So I come home 2 hours away and during the gifting it comes out to be the wrong product and color. Very very disappointing and upsetting to see. Especially if it's for your child and 2 hours away. I do enjoy shopping there but not no more! No customer service at beginning or no friendly smiles! Just followed around like I was going to shoplift? The only person that was nice Dana cashier!
