I am a patient person, but after the fifth time in a row getting my order wrong, I openly admit I lost my cool. Each time I have had to drive back wait in line etc. When I call, they "happily will comp me the items I was missing the next time I come in". I finally had to explain to Alexus (incompetent manager) that they were not comping me anything. In fact, they are stealing money from me for goods not recieved. I also explained that "next time" will not work as it is my children's dinner. I have to burn my gas (12 miles round trip each time) to go have them "make it right". This is not making it right. It is gross incompetence from the top of the organization down. It's not practical to dig to the bottom if the bag to check each time, and in reality that would be me doing their job for them. As I told Alexus......Be better at your job! And when you screw up EVERY TIME.....make a change in how you do things. Finally, get it through your head that making it right is not making me drive back or letting my kids skip dinner and being "comped" the next time. I'm sorry, but I knew when I met Gary Smouse (owner)at our church on a scouting trip to hire kids, I knew this was going to be a weak organization from the top down.....I had no idea how right I was.

Read moreI placed an order at the drive up this evening. When I got home the sandwich I ordered was not even close to being correct. I returned to the drive up and waited in line for 30 minutes only to have the manager be extremely rude to me. The girl on the speaker where you order wanted to charge me again!! What???? The past 3 times I have gone to the Farmington Chick-fil-A they have gotten my order wrong. I let it go the first 2 times. This time I was flat out mad! My favorite drink is a SunJoy. The past 2 times I ordered it I literally threw it in the trash because it was horrible! The quality and service at the Farmington store has gone down hill drastically!! I absolutely will not be going back. It is sad when a McDonalds chicken sandwich is better then Chick-Fil-A...
Read moreMy change was not counted back to me, CSR assumed I’d be using my card linked to my CFA account to add other items to my order instead of ASKING for consent to charge my card. I was paying cash. If I needed that money in my account and she processed an unauthorized transaction, I’d be insanely upset. Asked for a Coke Zero, was marked as a Diet Coke on my order. Luckily I caught it, I’m pregnant and diabetic and that could have cost me my unborn child’s life. Got to the window and the CSR bringing my food to me reached into my car window to hand me my food.
