Food City — Local services in Farmington

Parking can be a challenge at times as the municple parking lot behind the establishment is shared by many businesses. The location is wheelchair accessible and they practice CDC guidelines for COVID.

There is a deli in the back, a plethora of items to choose from and the store is always clean and well-organized. Their book-swap-and-share feature is what sets them apart from other grocers.

Great store, with a great selection at reasonable prices. The only way I could see someone considering this an over-priced grocer is if they only shop at places like save-a-lot. This store has excellent quality meats, veggies and fruit. I've stopped in multiple times a week this summer to stock up on food, and I have yet to be disappointed with a deal! Truly love this one-in-a-million local grocer :)

The hours are ridiculous in Farmington. They always close too early (6PM) which leaves no time to go there after college and work. Some of the employees are burnt out and it shows. Their food selection is fine if you don’t need too much, but overall fairly small. The produce is often bruised. They have alright prices, I just wish this place was open for regular business hours.
