I got some basic tech skills as I like to do DIY projects and I am also a gamer so I had built my own PC rig. I had added and upgraded my parts of my own build and others. However, recently with some HDD issues where my recovery tools was making it impossible for me to make a boot drive for a new SSD as the boot, I took my PC to Expenet and they were super helpful. Turns out the new SSD was causing some issues with boot and they helped me prepare it for returns through Amazon. I already had another SSD I was using to store my games and I intended to retire the old Seagate HDD to be used as storage for school so they saved all my data, installed Windows on my T Force SSD, and was able to reformat the Seagate as a storage drive.

Service was done in a very timely fashion! After a few days of trouble shooting, my computer was refreshed with T Force SSD as the boot so it's like a new computer and the service rates are very reasonable. I would definitely contact Expenet when I am dealing with any major hardware issues I can't trouble shoot myself or to get a little trinket for maintenance.

A super example of why I support local business! We are very lucky to have such a knowledgeable, full service tech store in the Farmington/Wilton area that will do residential in home work. I bought a laptop 7 years ago from them and was given excellent service then, including making sure the computer was fully working in the network at home. I was moving my son into the local college, I forgot to pack one of his "important" cords for his Xbox and tv. So, I am not from around this area at all, I did some quick Google searches and found them nearby!
