Just not a good experience in the end. I bought a gift for someone and when the gift was not quite what they would have wanted I asked Kat at Sensi Side if we could just exchange it for a gift certificate (that way the money stays in store and the person I got it for could get exactly what they wanted). Sadly this was not possible, I was told it was not possible because I could have used it and then perfectly cleaned it and brought it back (I bought it the day before). Kat said they could take it back but even then they would probably have to re-kiln it to be sure. So in the end I got a "You could be lying about not using it." and "While we could at least take a look at it in person and then decide... we just would rather not bother with it or you.". That is basically what this boils down to.
There are some other issues like pricing that promotes haggling just to get a close to retail (things should just be priced fairly across the board and do away with this haggling nonsense, makes you feel like you are at one of this side of the road traveling shops), low quality control on their glass (I personally saw a few that had some pretty major issues, a couple were removed after I pointed them out when looking at them).
In the end this place cares little for their costumers after the purchase is made... when a bushiness loses sight of what is most important they will eventually fail. A small amount of effort to keep the future business is a no brainer... this is business 101 and they obviously missed the class.

The first one broke for no reason at all after a few months of use. We went back got a new rig and not even a day after using it, it wouldnt hit anymore.
