The food is alright but the environment is dreary and old. Very tacky on the inside. Don't even have hardly any large tvs to watch sports so this is not the place for that.
Everytime I order here they take forever and the service is non existent. I ordered takeout the other day and called it in. Very simple order of chicken fingers which take minutes to cook. Paige told me 30 minutes. She forgot to put the order in clearly and tried making it appear she didn't.
She came out of the kitchen and said 5 minutes. Mind you this is 45 minutes later. I then had to wait another 20 minutes. While I was waiting I paid and the bartender Paige just set my credit card down. I waited to see if she was going to give it back to me when she gave me the food. She did not. I told her what about my card and she also tried playing that off like it wasn't her fault and she was waiting ON ME to sign it. But nope, it certainly wasnt her fault she didnt do her job and hand me back my card after processing my payment.
Went to the car, looked at the food, and she didn't even give me what I ordered. Took it back in for a refund and that was that.
I simply will not go back to this place again because of her attitude and customer service but these are the types of worthless people the business owners want to hire out here. Then they wonder why they are...
Read moreNot very observant. Why does that matter in a restaurant, you ask? Well, it's nice when they notice things like the tables are dirty. Or your sons chocolate milk is curdled. (To be fair, server # 2 noticed it as it was being handed to him). And you think someone, somewhere- between the kitchen and the table- would notice if the food is burnt. I noticed it as soon as it came into view, about 10 feet away. Literally, as in 'hey here comes out food... um, those onion rings are way too brown'. Not just that but the sandwich wasn't toasted, it was blackened. Just like the Metallica song svcks, so did my sandwich. Now I understand why the cook didn't say anything, I mean nobody wants to step on their own d!ck since he's the one who burnt it, but here's a life hack: it's better to own your mistakes than ignore them. Say this out loud- should I man up or weasel out? The verb says it all. And our server didn't notice (or at least decided not to mention) the fact that I didn't eat the food. Every time she came to the table. I'm sure she didn't notice her tip was smaller than it could have been (since I'm not a d!ck), or won't notice when we don't go back. But in the long run maybe she should have. Giving two stars because my kid kept laughing at the thunk sound burnt onion rings make when you drop them...
Read moreThe food is really good for a decent price. The atmosphere is pretty calm most of the time. A friend and myself went to the dugout yesterday (7/18/25) and witnessed the bartender kyle come and yell at a customer. It sounded like they might have had some beef but to come out and point his finger in her face and yell at her infront of other customers well kyle made it very uncomfortable for the rest of the customers and im assuming for the young lady he was yelling at. The young lady remained calm and tried to dissolve the situation right there. So other then witnessing the most unfriendliest, rude, ignorant, arrogant bartender who lacks in extreme customer service berate a customer everything else was great! Meghan was a fantastic waitress!
P.s. u have got to have thick skin as a bartender and kyle certainly lacks that. Not the first time ive seen him be a prick to customers. He needs to go. He gives the...
