Utah DMV Farmington Office — Local services in Farmington

I wish I could give this dmv 0 stars. I have been there twice and both times the employees treated us like we were idiots. Today the employee treated me like I was trying to get away with something illegal. I called the dmv 3 times to make sure I had what I needed and to make sure what they told me was right since my last visit at the Farmington DMV was so awful. But as soon as I tell the employee in Farmington what I was there for and gave her my paperwork she immediately started acting like I was lying about a certain company being out of business because she never heard that. Then tells the employee next to her she is going to go Google it. My guess is she found out that they were out of business, because I was treated much worse when she came back. She walks off again and at that point I call the number for the dmv that originally gave me the info. In the end I was doing what I was told to by the DMV and the employee in Farmington was in the wrong. I am now just sending my paperwork to the dmv in SLC. And will be taken care of by mail. The people I talked to on the phone the 4 times I called were great and so friendly, especially the lady I called while in the Farmington DMV. I was so upset and about in tears and had to explain a couple times what I needed since I was a mess. She was patient and actually calmed me down. Maybe the people answering the phones should be the ones working with the public. I will never go to...

First time, had a good experience with the young lady that helped us, explained everything well so we left knowing what to do. Today, the older female was rotten to the core!! At first we tried to make it happy and pleasant, but she got rude very quick!! I haven't used bad language in some time, but her snotty, non-listening, sour, pushy-to-not-explain- just-take-your-money-now-shut-up-and-get-outta-here stinking attitude made me say a couple!! I truly believe, although she would deny it in public or otherwise, that she does not like or care for white people. It's these mentality types that make it easy to believe racism is alive and well on that side of the proverbial coin!! I can not remember her name, wish I could to let others "BEWARE!!"! "Number 3", Tuesday, at around 11:30-noonish maybe.....take a chill pill or sedative, or better yet.....quit your day job!! Bet you are laughing inside right now. Don't hate just because some of us may be white, it might pull you out of that horrible, dark abyss you're in. They don't allow dealers to get their plates and titles done at this location anymore (only Ogden or SLC), which would be fine if the website didn't still state that dealers are allowed to drop off their packets. When I went in, I was told by one lady that dealers were allowed two applications per day while in the walk-in line, so I waited. Over an hour later, and a dozen people that came in with walk-ins after me already helped, I asked the lady at the front desk why my number kept getting skipped and was told that the employees tend to avoid doing dealer paperwork to discourage us from going to that location. When I did finally get called up once the lady at the desk went and talked to someone, I got chewed out because "dealership walk-ins are not allowed" and I shouldn't be there (but the website and another employee said otherwise??).
