Purple - Station Park — Local services in Farmington

Beware!! Factory seconds are not the same and Purple will not do anything to ensure some sort of quality expectation. They are only interested in making a buck! You are on your own after the purchase!!! We purchased a factory second mattress on 01/24/2023. We paid $2,640 for a factory second. We were told there is nothing wrong with the bed except a possible cosmetic defect. How could you sell a bed that had anything else wrong with it.

Both my wife and I wake up every morning with a sore back and ribs. We had an expectation the mattress only had a cosmetic defect but it is the worst mattress we have ever owned. We cannot sleep on this mattress. It came rolled up. How were we to know it was not going to work for us or that it had something wrong with it, other than a cosmetic defect. I called Purple, "Sorry we told you no warranty!"

Shame on Purple for not even trying to help a verified customer. How can you sell something that you will not allow the customer to see before they purchase. The bed in your store is not the bed I received. You did not even offer to exchange it for another factory second. You do not provide any type of warranty for something you know is defective.

Do not even think of purchasing a factory second with Purple unless you have a lot of money to lose. Shame...

Love the sleek, modern, simple design of everything from the mattresses to the showroom. Love that the employees aren't paid on commission so there isn't pressure to buy. That made me trust what they were saying SO much more than otherwise. When we initially went in we were only shown the hybrid mattresses (the more expensive ones) so I thought purple was out of our budget. And even after telling the sales associate that they were out of our budget they did not show us the original mattress which is their cheapest one. We saw it online later and came back to see it. Also, if you want one of their Heavenly pillows, the travel size one is much cheaper and still plenty big. I do love that they offer discounts for way more than just military personnel. Educators, students, etc. All in all they seem legit, with the 100 sleep guarantee and the warranty and mattress materials that don't break down over time! *If you liked my review or found it to be helpful give it a thumbs...

Great mattresses! Great staff! Underwhelming platform/frame options.

We've been twice over the last week. The staff are knowledgeable and very willing to spend time with each customer and patiently answer all their questions. The ability to try all types and sizes of mattress and frame were available. The tech employed for quotes and questions was fantastic, with the ability to take the quote home and complete the transaction without coming back to the store. The bed frame options are super limited, and not aesthetic in my opinion. I can understand wanting to specialize, but I would have liked to at least seen some partnerships with other companies to provide a catalogue of different types of frames and platforms that definitely work with the mattress and...
