This place is a joke I bought a pair of shoes for myself and for my wife during there BOGO half off sale and my wife didn’t like the fit of her pair so I called to verify that the sale was still going to be going on tomorrow so I could exchange on the pairs and they said yes it won’t be a problem so I go back in and 75% of the shoes are now marked as excluded from the sale including both pairs I bought the day before they then tried to lie about it and I called them out and they admitted they had to put those tags on them last night like If you knew that was gonna happen why wouldn’t you tell me that when I called you about it? And then to top it off when my wife found a pair she wanted that was on the sale they tried to charge me full price for it even though I was exchanging that pair that was half off! I had to argue with the manager for 15 minutes before she understood they were the same price and I already paid full price for one pair so they should have been half off!! I purchase from this store often, and I usually have a positive experience. Today, I called in advanced to confirm they had the specific shoe I needed. The employee responded immediately saying they had several, which I thought was strange because she clearly didn’t go look. So I asked her again and she confirmed that they didn’t have the specific shoe I needed. So I go into the store only to find out that they do not have that shoe. I asked the employee about the phone call and she said that she THOUGHT they had the shoe. Luckily, this trip was only 10 minutes out my way, but still, incredibly frustrating. I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had inside a retail store, today at VANS. They were packed for a Sunday. Every employee was tirelessly running from the front to the back to get customers the shoes they were looking for. Even though they were swamped, an employee still took the time to come and make me feel welcome while I was shopping the tee’s. Then the same employee (I didn’t catch her name, she’s the one with pink hair!) took the time to help me find shoes that would fit (size 14) and even laced the shoes up for me before I put them on!
