These comments relate to the Mlily Smart Foam Classic Pillow which was sent to me for product review. Straight out of the box, I was really impressed with the elegant look and feel of the pillow. I was also immediately aware of the "heft" of the product; It weighs quite a bit. My overall initial reaction can be summed up by saying this is a well-built, luxurious, quality product. Now, I am no pillow expert, as I have never purchased one in my entire 64 years (my wife does that). But I was really excited to experience a good night's sleep with my head propped up by my new pillow. Unfortunately though, this particular pillow just did not suit me. I should point out that I ordinarily use a very thin, non-compact pillow that does not possess any of the attributes noted above. But it works for me. Even though the Classic pillow is highly compressible, it requires a substantial force to do so, and my head just does not weigh enough to compress it to a comfort-level thickness. In all fairness, I tested the product for 4 nights and I liked it a little bit more with each passing sleep. But I just don't see it replacing my low-tech ol' stand-by. My wife is reviewing the Mlily hybrid shoulder pillow separately, but I should tell you that even though it does not possess the same attributes (at least to the same degree) as the Classic pillow, the hybrid pillow suited me considerably more. So , what we're talking about here has more to do with sleeping styles and habits than it does to do with product quality. Even though the Classic pillow was not the most comfortable pillow upon which I've ever laid my head (for me!), it was otherwise certainly the most impressive pillow I've ever...
Read moreI spent alot of time doing research on different brands of "Bed in a box" mattresses. Mlily stood far above most other brands and for the price, the value is second to none.
Pointing out some major pluses to Mlily.
First and most important to me, is that there is no fiberglass or silica type fire retardants used into the construction of their mattresses. I couldn't even believe that it was a thing to use fiberglass in a bed......but it IS TRUE. Mlily does NOT use fiberglass in any of their mattresses.
Second, they assemble their mattresses right here in the USA. They also have multiple warehouses throughout the US.
Third, Mlily is doing real research and evaluation of the components they use in manufacturing thier mattresses. Real laboratories and professional experts in sleep and physiology are used to make comfortable, healthy, and lasting products.
The mattress I purchased was the Mlily Dream (Theater of Dreams). This mattress is so comfy. It supportive and firm yet compliant and soft. This sound contradictory, but that's exactly how this mattress feels. The removable and washable matteess cover is so nice. It's really quality. It feels so soft and nice. Its almost a shame to cover it up with a mattress protector and sheets! I really am impressed by it.
The last thing I want mention is Mlily customer service. They are great! Each time I have contacted them I have recieved a polite, accurate, and informative reply. And quickly too!
I emailed my product registration and received a prompt acknowledgement of it receipt and informed that my mattress was registered.
MLILY The best mattress value I...
Read moreI purchased two twin sized mattresses from this company on Wayfair and so far I have been very happy with them. I have a bunk bed for younger kids (the one that is low to the ground) but they fit standard sized twin mattresses. I purchased the 7" kids gel memory foam mattresses. Although they aren't inexpensive mattresses, I like them a lot.
I got the thinner mattresses because that's what the recommendations were for the bunk beds I purchased but MLILY sells thicker mattresses. I will say, the mattresses don't feel like thin, flimsy mattresses. They are fairly heavy but also light enough that I can move them myself to take them out of the bunk beds and put sheets on them. They come with a mattress protector so that was a nice surprise I didn't expect.
I use the mattress protector and then I have sheets that wrap all the way around the mattress and zip up so the mattress is not exposed at all. The mattresses took about a day for mine to fluff all the way up but I think the instructions advised to wait a couple days. They did have a small off-gasing smell but not terrible or strong.
My son likes his mattress and he sleeps on the bottom bunk. He's 16 months old and loves to sleep on his stomach. Though these mattresses are memory foam, he doesn't sink into them a ton so they work well for toddlers his age and I'm not concerned about him suffocating or anything. I've slept on them before and they're very comfortable for me.
Overall a great purchase, if you want a quality item, and you'll have a to pay a little bit more than many mattresses but it's very worth the price...
