Katys Hallmark Shop — Local services in Farragut

I have shopped a Linda's Hallmark for years. The service has always been excellent and the clerks friends. You felt like you were welcomed. Since the store was closed in the West Town Mall area and the only Linda's Hallmark is Village Green rude is all I can say. I have been in the Village Green store twice and I will not be back. One clerk went out of her way today to help us. I appreciate her. I am not sure what happen to the staff from the other store but they were much nicer. The other employees standing around trying to see how pompous they can be. From now I will shop else where or order my Hallmark items. Good Luck...
