If I could give zero stars I 100% would. I just had acl surgery less than a week ago and everyone bragged about how great this place was (I’m assuming only to shop) because selling to them has been an absolute nightmare. I dropped 3 baskets of clothes and toys off around 1pm around 345pm I was informed that they don’t give you the money immediately you wait for it to be sold and that can take up to a year depending on season. So I then called to come pick up all of my items and they were very rude and trying to tell me that in their agreement it states they can’t return my items. This is false as I went over it thoroughly when they told me it was on their website I even had my attorney go over it as well no where in there does it state that I can’t have my items back upon request especially when the lady told me at first some lady took them to storage then she told me the pricing lady came and picked them up then told me nothing was in the computer so nothing has been processed yet. She was very rude and disrespectful I explained that if I didn’t have all of my items gathered and ready for me to pick up tomorrow morning I’d be moving forward with legal action. I don’t really like doing such a thing but today and with her attitude I’ll gladly sit in a court room for however long it takes. They do not disclose ANYTHING beforehand or even at all unless you ask questions. I wasn’t even the one to do the drop off due to surgery so I ask how does one keep up with everything and even know who I am, I could just walk in and say I’m whoever and they’d just give me the money and she had no answers on stuttered. So this is the warning to everyone don’t do business with these scam artists. Also this is the warning to let you know if I don’t get ALL of my things down to EVERY SINGLE item I dropped off I will be moving forward with legal action. They also don’t tell you that they donate your items that they don’t take but they CHARGE YOU FOR IT. So to say I’m unhappy is an understatement and if I don’t get my stuff back everyone will be...

Great place if you’re shopping for second hand clothing; however, I do not recommend dropping clothes off at this location for consignment. Items that are not bought from you are donated and you do not have the option to pick back up what they don’t want to buy. There is no sign nor do they inform you of this when you make a drop. When I asked the manager why I wasn’t informed of this at drop off she replied that i should have asked before I dropped off the clothes. More of a thirst store donation process rather than a consignment shop. I will sell online or to another consignment shop in the area...

I found a book that I thought would be funny for my son, and I stood at the register, along with a woman and her son and NO ONE CAME. I could have walked out with that book, or anything else. There was no one there. I left the book on the counter. It was just a book, so a small sale was missed and I am sure the owner probably does not give a flip.
