Double - Smoked Bacon Cheddar & Egg Sandwich. 2 stars because I usually have a good experience at this location however this afternoon at around 2 pm or so I experienced the worst CS I've had in many years from the drive thru employees. I placed my beverage order then asked if they still had any double smoked bacon croissant sandwiches left and was told they did so I added it to my order along with a cinnamon coffee cake which they were out of nbd I said ok. My husband and I pull up to pay and collect our food but my sandwich is not what I ordered so I brought it to my servers attention and not only did she fail to acknowledge the mistake but she then proceeded to lie and say that they didn't even have a croissant sandwich with bacon in it, I was taken aback " are you sure it has bacon and egg ? " she shook her head " no we have a croissant with ham or one with chocolate chunks but we don't have anything like that with bacon " . She looked at us as if she had never heard of it before that coupled with her condescending manner clearly imparting to me that the mistake must have been my own I ordered a sandwich that starbucks doesn't make . I understand mistakes can be made we are only human however gaslighting the customer was the wrong way to handle that situation all she had to do was say they ran out and she didn't realize it when I ordered . I waited till I got home to address the issue so as not to hold up the line but when I called the store to let them know what just happened the apology was standard i.e lacking sincerity/interest or even seeming to take the onus to make sure it doesn't happen again. Read moreYou probably should go to another Starbucks. There are two others within walking distance. Went in 4th of July morning around 8:00AM. Place was fairly empty when ordered. Got a Summer Berry Lemonade Refresher as part of my order. There were barely any raspberry bobas compared to other Starbucks. I was hesitant about asking if they could add more, but nicely asked if they would mind putting a few more bobas. The lady at the counter said that she would have to charge me extra. I told her I was used to other Starbucks providing a drink that matched the promo picture, usually at least twice what was in my cup. She cut me off and very sternly told me that what they put was “industry standard.” That was not true, because I had gotten others which were much better, or every other Starbucks must just be too generous. I have pictures. I asked her how much extra bobas would cost. She said she didn’t know and would have to look at the register, but had clearly already dismissed me and returned to talking to a coworker while filling to go orders. Saw a little boy, probably around ten get the same thing a minute or two later. He lifted the cup up, looked at the sparse amount of bobas on the bottom and frowned. I clearly wasn’t the only one disappointed. Got back to my parade seat across the street and took a drink. The skin on the bobas was rough, they were clearly old. Read moreWe had placed a mobile order, like we always do, and placed it for drive thru. We pull up to the drive thru and Dana answers the speaker. We tell her we had a mobile order and she proceeds to tell us "Ummm...It literally just came through annnd it would be appreciated if you could give us more of a head up, thanks" with a very rude tone. Keep in mind there were multiple cars in front of us, so it's not like we are holding up the line or anything. Does she expect people who order through the drive thru to also give them a heads up before they order? The situation is no different from me placing a regular order through the drive thru.
