Lisa, the saleswoman from HIS Security and Technology arrived for our appointment on time. She was very knowledgable and experienced. She ealuated my house and my concerns for safety and protection. She made recommendations for motion detectors, glass break and door sensors. We discussed keyless entry and cameras and their app and features. She emailed me the full extimate that very same evening just like she said she would. The next day I phoned her with a couple of questions. She answered my questions and we tweaked the system a little bit. Aterward I decided to purchase the alarm system. Another appointment was set for the installation.

The installation guy, Lenny, arrived on time. He was very respectful of my house and offered to remove his shoes. He answered some additional questions. He explained motion sensor locations and gave me additional information. He too was very experienced and knowledgable. We discussed keypad location and installation. He had to drill a small hole to mount the keypad on the wall. He took out a hand held vacuumed and cleaned up the small amount of sheet rock dust that fell on the floor. He had me download their alarm app. He explained all the features of the keypad. He waited while I put in passwords. He was very respectful of my password privacy. At each step he asked me if I had any questions.. He placed an HIS Security alarm sign in my front yard and left window stickers for me. The installation was very professional and was finished up in about two hours. I am very happy with the whole process from beginning to end. Both Lisa and Lenny take great pride in their work. They both exhibited real care and concern, it isn't just a job for them. It feels really good to have my house and personal safety monitered and protected 24/7. Thank you...

I learned about His Security & Technology through a neighbor who had one of their systems installed by his builder. We wanted a system as we travel frequently and the peace of mind knowing that if something happened while away, we would be alerted. HIS staff discussed options and eliminated some items that weren't priorities for our situation. It was a no pressure quoting process and once we decided to with His, the system was installed within a week. The technician doing the install was personable and also professional... and he really knew his stuff! He trained us on use of the system and gave us tips and tricks to help avoid issues with setting of alarms ourselves. We have some technology installation needs (hang a TV on a marble fireplace, connect the receiver and components, etc.) and we will definitely go to His Security & Technology to have them addressed.

Updating to add that we used HIS Security & Technology to do our mantle mount and TV installation and could not be happier. The team continued working until they got it right - the plugs are hidden, the TV rotates as it should, and the height is perfect when the TV...

I had one of those repeating, annoying alert alarms start up on my Security System by HIS. It's annoying, but necessary as it's saying something is not right here.

After verifying no safety issues tied to the alert at the house, based system alert on control panel I homed in on the numerous smoke & carbon monoxide detectors we have. I changed 7 detectors' batteries. Good thing as several were probably original from the construction of house 4 years ago!

However, the alert returned later that day. So, contacted HIS that evening via online contact form. The next morning I had an email telling me what needed to be done. Also I rec'd vmail telling m3 about the email!

As it it turns out, there's a small, but mighty smoke & carbon monoxide detector that HIS installs (Firefighter) in addition to whatever the builder installs. This HIS detector is tied into the overall security system as a separate warning to us & HIS. Awesome! Well with the customer services rep (Ashley) assistance, I changed the battery, cleared the system error, & stopped the annoying alert!
