This place is just TERRIBLE! My wife dropped off 11 shoes - all of which were genuine designer like Prada and such - and when we went to go pick them up, they told us they sold 2 pairs and tried to give us 8 back (guess what our profit was? $29.00 for both pairs combined!). The "missing pair" took forever to figure out because the ladies working the store had NO idea what the heck was going on. My wife had to sit around and wait for the owner to come up to the store to sort things out. It took almost an hour for them to find the missing shoes! It was so unbelievably unorganized and they were so rude! We had asked them to cut us a check previously (you can only do this on the 1st and the 15th by the way) and of course the check never showed up. That's the reason we went in, ourselves! Not only to pick up the shoes they didn't sell, but also to try to figure out the disaster of a situation when it came to them actually paying us!

Bottom line = your stuff likely won't sell, and if it does, they sell it for so cheap - and take so much off the top - that you'll only get the SLIGHTEST fraction of what you could get if you sold it yourself on EBAY. Plus you don't have to work with unorganized, rude people who have no business running or working at a place of business - especially one that sells other...
