My partner specially ordered poppies for my birthday. On top of that he ordered 6 different arrangements, with only ONE of the arrangements being a small; all the others were their large arrangements or the hurricane. They were sent to my work, which luckily was not open yet, so they had to wait till later to deliver them. During that time my partner went to check on them & noticed there were no poppies in the arrangements. Mind you, he had to pay everything upfront to “special order the poppies”.

All of this, to receive the poppies in the condition that is pictured. It looks as if the stems were broken. Poppy’s can hold their weight, & some of them that hadn’t been broken were holding their weight just fine. I’m so disappointed & quite frankly upset that my partner paid extra for this. I would’ve rather them just told him the poppies came damaged & refund him. Not to mention, two days in, I had the change the water in these HUGE arrangements because mold is growing & the water looked disgusting. The flowers lasted maybe 3 days; 4 days max....

First time using Pigmint Floral. Disappointed!!! I needed an arrangement for funeral on a Tuesday so, I called the Friday before. I asked for Poppies and white flowers.. I also asked if they could send me a photo of the arrangement before sending to the funeral home and was told NO they did not do that. I had someone else that went to funeral take picture of arrangement and it was not what I asked for. I called to express my concern and they lady said to make it right they could send another arrangement to the family. I told that person the point of the flowers is over with!
