ISSUES AND SOLUTIONS
PART #1 PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
I was disappointed with the quality of the egg foo young which as you can see from the photos does not look like authentic Chinese egg foo young I can't remember what his excuse was but it was something to the effect that blah blah blah it's our house egg foo young and that's how we make it and so we agreed to disagree what egg foo young was and finally he gave me my money back after I insisted and I returned all the food I didn't eat it it was really disgusting looking so I luckily was able to convince him to give me my money back in conclusion I don't recommend this place if you want authentic Asian food by an experience chef which I don't think they're experienced Asian chefs maybe they have some experience in one this country in Asia but it's not authentic food in my opinion and if you look at the opinions of other people with similar experiences at this restaurant, you'll see that the food is inconsistent is likely not authentic Asian food it's not clear why they have attempted to offer such a diverse, undisciplined menu, what country they're from and who is actually cooking this stuff, but it's definitely not "authentic Asian" cuisine.
On the other hand, their prices appear to be reasonable but if you're not getting high quality products then that vitiates their apparent price advantage.
Moreover, the fact that they're open till 2:00 a.m. presents yet a further reason to eat here besides the price advantage, but you have to be really hungry and desperate to eat inconsistent and risky nutrients so late at night-- it's essentially like rolling dice at a casino you may or may not get product that puts you to sleep in a happy mood and wake up in a good healthy state of body mind and spirit! Personally, I would rather just go to Dollar tree and throw a bag of popcorn in the microwave when I get home so late or go to McDonald's.
PART #2 OTHER PEOPLE'S EXPERIENCES
TWO REVIEWS FROM TRIP ADVISOR
1 DISGUSTING AND WRONG SOUP
I went there for take out. I will never go there again. I paid $9.99 for Coconut Soup and didn't get it. I don't know what kind of soup it was but it was horrible. I went back to the restaurant and the guy kept telling me he was sorry and that's how they make it. It had chunks of tomatoes, onions and peppers. Disgusting food and poor service. The soup didn't even look like coconut soup.

2 YUCK This food tastes terrible.. Could get better Veggies out of a can. It is very overpriced and the restaurant area was dirty. Our feet stuck to the floor and they have a nasty fish tank as you enter that smells and appears to not have been cleaned in a very long time.

PART #3 SOLUTIONS
A. New, downsized menu of the most popular items with the best reviews and easiest to prepare
It's imperative that the managers owners and staff look in the mirror, look at the reviews and look at the menu carefully and decide which of the menu items to keep which should be a very small percentage of the total menu and most of the men you should be deleted because it's obvious that they unable or unwilling to hire people able and competent to cook the items that are on the menu which is much too large much too expensive and difficult to serve on a consistent basis with high quality ingredients insufficient fresh quantities at the price structure they have advertised on the menu. In other words cut out about 70% of the items and only keep about 30% of the items lean and mean, less is more in other words less items on the menu will mean more sales more customer satisfaction and better reviews resulting in higher profit margins.
Once these people have addressed these issues then I'm happy to remove my negative review

Read moreLate night asian? Im in. Hot and sour was amazing to my cousin and really got us excited for the food. Unfortunately the rest was pretty bad. Onmy one guy and a cook running the entire place plus drive thru and phone orders. Service was spotty to say the least. Exampl, when my cousin ordered the soup, the words were barely out his mouth when the waiter bolted. This would seem like a good thing, be when there are 3 others at the table and you go polish silverware instead of taking the order, it makes you wonder.
Still, i can deal with bad service if the food is good. Nope. I ordered egg rolls. 4 bucks for 2 egg rolls. When he brought them to the table i wanted to laugh. They were the size of a finger. Small and lukewarm, they were the king of egg rolls you expect from the frozen food section. Still at least your egg rolls would be hot if you cooked them in a microwave. These were room temp, and were sweet. Why? It was like they put fuurty pebbles in the darn thing. It was a fruity and sweet flavor. So a room temp fruity and sweet egg roll was something i didnt enjoy. Surely the combo fried rice would be better right? After all it is chinese food 101.
Nope. Rice look like puffy uncle bens rice pilaf that you get in the microwavable pouch. And again it was sweet. I dont know why this place adds sugar to their food, but they do. I ate the whole thing because i paid 10 bucks for it.
This brings me to the biggest problem i have. If the food is bad i can deal with it if it is fairly cheap. I spen 16 and change for a plate of rice and 2 egg rolls and a drink. 16 bucks.
I would stay away. Too expensive, doused in sugar, and like getting drunk and taking a girl home and having your way with her raw, you will regret it later on, especially when you see other wonderful restaurants like king burrito nearby. Stay away unless you want your blood sugar to spuke. Like my brother said, never trust an asian guy...
Read moreGreat pho!!!! Great price Nice and fairly quiet place. I got chicken pho added veggie and tofu. Menu says medium and large but they have one size now. It’s huge for me. Lots of rice noodle ( I avoid most rice products) and the most tender chicken I’ve had. Broth flavorful brought with a plate of lime, bean sprouts cilantro! Plenty of condiments. Very good pho. And cheaper than every one else’s. I was impressed. For the size of my pho that’s easily several meals for me the way I eat.
I had steamed Broccoli ,onion, cabbage, carrot , mushroom in mine too.
This place should be packed for the pho! Not sure why it’s not. But after looking around it may be off putting to people coming in. It’s an older diner. Only 2 working here and very busy. Just constructive criticism to help the place out. -It just needs a deep wipe down. Counter, register, floors a bit sticky, fish tanks algae growing, windows need washed inside and out.
The bathroom looks clean. Condiments and napkin holders need wiped down. They probably don’t have time to clean eating area a lot. That might be it. They are very busy at the window.
But I’m coming back every week I’m through here.
Best price for good pho. $9.99
If I could I would actually give this place a 4.6 for the pho.
I just don’t think I’ve ever gave anybody a five in ages.
Next time I will get the lucky chicken spring rolls I just said chicken spring rolls and they were the little tiny ones that are mostly eggroll with very little filling. I believe the lucky spring rolls are the ones that are larger with much much more filling .
And they are friendly here. I think everyone should pay...
