*Update: I finally received a refund after talking to several different people and arguing with sales associate Michael that insisted I pay a 30% restocking fee for their mistake.
I purchased the "Randell" with a charcoal cover on January 9th. The lady who helped me was nice but I had been there earlier in the day and already decided what I wanted because NO ONE even asked me if I needed help. I was told there was an additional charge for the cover I wanted and that it would be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. I was also unable to pick the chair up from the store. I had to pay the $99 delivery fee.
I went back into the store around the 4 week mark to see if they were able to give me an update so that I could make sure someone would be available for the delivery. The lady that put my order in was sitting in a chair when I walked in and when I smiled she laid her head back and closed her eyes. So I had to find someone else to help me. The gentleman at the desk looked up my order and told me it was on schedule for March 3rd. Almost 8 weeks! When I asked why, I was given a should shrug and told it happens.
I was called by an employee on February 26th to schedule the delivery on Saturday March 1st. I was told I would receive a phone call the day before with a time. I had to call the store the day before at 6pm because no one had called and I needed to make arrangements for someone to be home for the delivery.
Chair was delivered but it didn't look like what I remembered (size or color) but it had been almost 2 months and the paperwork was correct. I finally made my husband turn it over and I was able to see the product Identification card and it is a mahogany "DORIAN"! Wrong color, size, type, and it is $600 less than what I paid for the Randell.
I was hoping that once I received my new recliner I would love it so much I could at least give 3 stars but that is not going to happen. I will be going up to the store tomorrow on my day off and hope that they can rectify the situation. At this point I am not sure I want to wait another 2 months and deal with the head ache. Very very disappointed to say the least.

We shopped all of the other local furniture stores in the Fayetteville NC area. Without using store names, some quality was OK and La-Z-Boy had some of the higher quality offerings. Our sales associate - Rebecca Pearson was absolutely AMAZING. I was coming off knee replacement surgery and she took expert care of us through our decision making process. The amount of customization options that we had for our selection was awesome. We got exactly what we wanted. Rebecca walked us through the process and made us feel welcome. Her expert knowledge of the La-Z-Boy furniture left us completely satisfied with our selection of a sectional living room set. The store was very welcoming and set up well. The store had a lot of options that we took our time to select what would work for our home. Rebecca offered lots of great options making our selection super easy. The bottom line here is that we are super happy with our selection and look forward to it being in our home for us to enjoy for many years to come. Read moreI came one day to Fayetteville, NC to look around and get ideas for my living room. I met Cathy. She walked me through all my ideas and showed me everything that would work. After I left I asked her for pictures of the furniture. She sent me a text with the pictures. She never Bothered me with anything again until I contacted her once more. I contacted her a few days later asking her a few more questions and was invited back down to look at some other items. I came down again. She showed me more items. I ended up picking a couch and two recliners. I will be back Especially if Cathy is there to help me. She explained warranties deliveries everything so I knew what was going to happen . I live an hour out of town so it was well worth the drive to Fayetteville. Hats off to Cathy for all her great help. I have never spent that much money on furniture in my life, but I know I’m getting a quality product that will last. My mother-in-law always had La-Z-Boy.
