This store rocks!!! Lots of goodies and I know when new merchandise comes in. I’m at the store atleast 3 days a week!! The new store manager Yolanda is the best, she listens to you for ideas and she is always on the floor talking to customers and lending a hand. I would like to see atleast one pillow shelf turned into home decor because we need more of those items on the shelf. Also, more matching dishware sets. Instead of one set of 4 plates, salads and bowls let’s get in doubles of 8 of each. I would also like there to be more framed art and wall decor. I no longer have to drive to Raleigh, Durham or Charlotte twice a month for my extreme shopping experience. I really love the very kind employees especially Skylar. Skylar is very kind and helps you at the register and on the floor. All of the employees are very friendly and helpful as well. I hope this doesn’t change because Marshalls and TJ Maxx barely have anything and I don’t think the manager’s of those stores are keeping up with what the shoppers want or needs in Fayetteville. Do not buy unvarnished wood objects made in India from this store or their sister stores, like TJ Maxx. I had wood bores in the base of a lazy susan. Wood bores are extremely destructive. Customer service and corporate customer service refused to look at the price tag to see if it came from their stores, even though I know it did. I just couldn't identify if it was TJ Maxx or home goods. They kept saying they buy from third party sellers and cannot identify where things come from. They acknowledge they are the ones that put price tags on things, but sometimes they're generic. I will be extremely upset if I see these flying out if my cabinets or new wood table in a year. I went in this store yesterday haven’t been in over a year and I met the absolute sweetest lady named terry! It was my birthday and she talked to me 3 separate times even gave me a hug, Iv never met a person so positive and happy! When I was parking we seen her giving high fives to people my husband looked at me and said oh yes this the store I want to walk into said no man ever lol so you know he was feeling her positive energy from the car!
