lululemon — Local services in Fayetteville

Today I visited lululemon Fayetteville to ask a question about their repair/return policy. I have never come in before for a repair or return, but my leggings had a hole in them so I was there for information. I was greeted by one of their attendants who was extremely rude in the matter and informed me that my rip in my leggings was because of "operator error" essentially accusing me of ripping my own leggings which is the farthest thing from the truth. She essentially said there was "no way they could help" and there was "nothing they could do". I followed this up with a phone call to their corporate office who was WAY more helpful in the matter, had knowledge on the policy, and sent me the link to a return form. Located close to home in the Town Center Wayne. I shop here all the time and the staff is great. Especially Lizzie who is always happy to help. Expensive clothes, but you get what you pay for and the quality is stellar.

Price aside, I think lululemon makes some well engineered clothing for various sports. I like the vented shirts--with mesh and without. You can breathe in these clothes even while working up a serious sweat. I also like that the material is light and they make something for every layer---undies to outerwear. Also, hemming/alterations are complimentary if you need them. It remains to be seen how long they'll last, but for what they're charging, I hope...

Although this is only a showroom the selection isn't bad but is limited. The staff will always offer to order what you are looking for if they don't carry it. I'm just happy to have any Lululemon in the area. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and makes you feel welcome (including my four-legged friend) unlike some other locations around the states I have been to. The quality is the best, the comfort is unreal, and when I have encountered issues a few years ago customer service is eager to fix the problem. You get what...
