Unfortunately had a terrible experience here and will not be back. I brought my 9 employees here for a company outing and we had reservations for 9:30-11. Myself and another arrived more than 10 minutes early as suggested and waited in the lobby as the rest of the group arrived. Marie who was our server/host brought us back to the room and rushed through the instructions on how everything worked and said that she would be back to take our drink and food order. I walked back out around 9:35 to walk my final guest in and saw Marie at another room serving them and assumed she would be with us shortly. She did not come to our room until 9:58 (we were the only other party there) I went up to her and said that I wanted to order food and she said that the kitchen is closes at 10. I gave her a confused look because she did not mention anything about last call prior to this. She stated again saying the kitchen closed an hour before closing and I told her that would have been nice to know at 9:30 or even before when we arrived and just responded very sarcastically “I’m sorry.” It was very apparent that it was done deliberately and she possibly discriminated our group because most of my employees are college aged and she probably thought we wouldn’t tip etc. 9 of us were ready to order drinks and food and unfortunately because of her bad attitude and lack of communication she lost out on a lot of sales and a hefty tip. We were there for 1.5 hours with no food and no water refill either. A standard pitcher of water for 10 people is a joke. My entire party felt rushed near the end and the entire experience was unpleasant. Don’t stay open so late if you don’t want to accommodate...
Read moreWe celebrated my brother-in-law's 40th birthday party at BBK on a beautiful Sunday afternoon! Although my husband and I are veteran BBKers, we had 4 newbies in our group, including the birthday boy! The experience wasn't the same as pre-COVID, but, from the moment we entered BBK, you can tell the owners have taken every CDC recommendation and guidelines into consideration to ensure a very clean, comfortable and fun environment. Aside from having fun, safety was our most important concern because this was the first weekend we've ventured out for something fun!
Once in the room, there were placards on the walls with instructions on how to operate the room! I would recommend the Black Apple pineapple cider! YUM! If you have been to BBK in the past or even if you are new to BBK, understand that the owners are still trying to figure out their new system and be gracious. An hour goes by fast, so I would recommend getting in a couple of hours. Other recommendations: you could order food and drinks ahead of time, make sure you have visited BBK website to familiarize yourself on how to enter songs and be patient and...
Read moreWe came to Fayetteville for a weekend away from the kiddos and after a couple of failed attempts at some other restaurants we ended up at BBK. Very nice outdoor patio area but it was starting to get chilly so we took a table inside and ordered a couple of cocktails. I had the blackberry smash and my wife had the green tea sangria. They were both excellent. It was a weird vibe because we felt like we were the only ones there but the bartenders were making drinks like crazy, and we realized it was for all the people in the private karaoke rooms. By the way, no public or free karaoke here, only private rooms which was kind of a bummer because I was ready to blow the roof off! We got the BBK nachos and 6 wings. The nachos were nothing to write home about and suggest avoiding them. Credit to our waitress she said as much. The wings on the other hand were downright tasty. We had ours tossed in the sweet sauce with a chili aioli on the side. Wish we would have gotten 12 instead of six and passed on the nachos! Service was good and I would come back if I did not have to pay an arm and a...
