AHS assigned this company to investigate our complications with our washer. Unfortunately, they came to our home without setting an appointment while we were at work initially; however, we could reschedule and have them come back out to assess within two days.
After the assessment, they informed us that they would have to "order" the part to repair our washer. That was over a month ago. We have not been able to contact the company by phone, nor have they responded to any of the voicemails we have left or emails we have sent.
When we called AHS to have our washer repair reassigned, hopefully, somehow, AHS was able to speak with them directly through a "private phone line" and ensured us that our part would be delivered today (4/13/2022).
Again, I have called this company several times today with no response. And still, we are left without a functional washer. I understand the company might be overbooked and overwhelmed; however, that is no excuse not to communicate with customers who have paid for services.

Finally was able to get through to the company. I assume that they answered because I was calling from my office phone. However, be that as it may, the part we have been waiting on has been "discontinued." Considering we have been waiting semi-patiently and have been understanding until this point, I would have assumed we would have received a call from the company with an update. I was wrong, unfortunately.
OC Electronics has a lot of opportunities to grow in providing quality experiences to their contracted paying customers. However, I question the screening process AHS uses to select contractors.

Read moreI really wished I could give a good review but unfortunately my experience with this company will not allow that. I was recommended to this company by my home warranty. I should have known when the technician didn’t show up to first schedule appointment that I shouldn’t expect much. But I had faith that hopefully it was a one time occurrence and my refrigerator would be fixed in no time. NOT! Once he finally showed up (6/5) I paid my service fee ($75.00) and was told a part needed to be ordered which is understandable. I was told it should take a week. After a week the technician did come back to my home to put on the part but it still did NOT work. He hurried up packed up his things and told me another part had to be ordered and it should take another week. A week and half later still no contact so I called (6/18) and was told the part should be there by Friday. Well on 6/24 I had no call to schedule nor repair complete. So I called the technician and got his voicemail. I left a message but did not receive a callback. So the next day I complained to the home warranty and was told that the “technician” told them that he was coming out on Friday. Well it sure would have been nice for someone to inform me and confirm if I was even going to be home. The home warranty representative then assured me he would call to confirm and will be out on Friday. Well today is 7/1 and STILL no call and refrigerator is still not working. I’m done and will no longer continue this repair with this company and WILL NEVER recommend them. Read moreI would encourage you to read all the reviews before hiring this company. I cannot recommend them. The first time they came to my home was to repair my oven. It took them many hours to figure out how to proceed. I was concerned they may not knew what they were doing but figured I would let them continue since they were in my home. They spend a lot of time on the phone talking to someone about the oven - I do not know who. In the end, they did replace a part in my oven and it works.
A couple of months later I had a problem with my dryer so I figured I would call them to take a look. This service was a disaster. They told me I needed a $600 part replaced. Since in the end they had previously repaired my over, I figured I would go ahead with them ordering the replacement part for my dryer. When they returned with the new part it did not work. They ordered another part and returned again. This time they told me the dryer was repaired. It seemed to work but shortly after they left they dryer had the same problem and was not working correctly despite putting in a new $600 part. I called them and told them the dryer was still not working. I even text them videos of what was happening with the dryer. They set an appointment to return to my home. They never showed. I called them a couple more times and they have never returned my calls. In the end, I hired a "real" appliance repair company and my dryer is fixed. I never needed the $600 replacement part they put in my dryer.
