Bojangles — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Strap in this is a long one. So i went to bojangles. The young woman asked me what I wanted to order. I told her I would like a Cajun egg biscuit combo with fries and a lemonade and another cajun egg biscuit just the sandwhich. I told her like 4 times I knew something might go wrong. She said there would be a wait on biscuits is that fine. I said well I'll take it without the biscuit. She said we can put it on a bun. I said ok that works. She told me pull around. So I pull around and she proceeds to tell me there is a wait on biscuits is that fine. I told her that she had told me that and said that they could put it on a bun. I also told her if she can't that's OK I'll just take it naked no biscuit. Another young woman comes to the window and says "he's saying that because he doesn't want to have to wait for the biscuit to be ready. we will have your order up soon". So the other young lady tells me to park in the parking spot. After about a 15 to 20 min wait the woman comes to the car asks for my receipt and then leaves again. After about another 10-15 mins she comes back with my food. She tells me "I gave you borounds instead of fries. Is that OK if not I'll get you fries". At this point I'm like no I'm OK I'll take the borounds. I get home and one of my Cajun egg biscuits is correct. The other is just a Cajun patty on a bun with no egg. So after all that waiting she still messed my order up. All this could've been avoided and I wouldn't even have had to wait like that if she would've just gave me the two Cajun egg biscuits naked without the biscuit like I told her. From the start I made a good size order of 20 sandwiches (all the same) plus my own so 21 total. I attempted to call ahead to order with no answer. pulled into the drive thru to make my order and once made it known, received nothing but negative monitone responses. I paid for my order and was asked to pull forward as to not impact the drivethru's timer. I did this with no problem. Once I got my food asked if they had put the 1 seperate sandwich in another bag and was told it wasnt ordered..... literally two items and cant get this order correct and yall want 15 an hour... On top of that the lady who brought it out was completely pissy and popped attitude because god forbid i make them work. To the GM there I feel for you. you have a horrible team that complains at the thought of making money and pushes customers away because we inconvenience yall. never coming back and highly recommend no one else does either. drive the extra distance and avoid this place at all cost. 50 dollars for this, no thank you... if I could put negative stars I would, completely dissapointed. Most companies hire at least growing adults with a goal in life. with this attitude i dont see them progressing. to the franchise, this is a great location that could stay busy and make lots of income. unfortunately your staff here needs attention because it wouldnt shock me if this store is losing you income due to horrible experiences. rehire, restructure or sell to a company that will care. This was the worst fast food experience I have ever had! I have been to this location before and the service wasn't the best but it was okay. Today I went through the drive thru on my way home. While I was ordering (a basic order, nothing special), the girl tells me to hold up , wait a minute! She came back, finished my order and I pulled up. The first girl told me my total and took my card. There was a lot of people shuffling around, another girl ends up with my card and gives me my card and receipt. Didn't speak to me. I could hear them saying they didn't know what goes in what order. She handed me one of my drinks. I heard someone say what is she waiting on, I assume she was talking about me.The other girl handed me my other drink. They finally give me my order and shut the window, not once speaking to me!! I checked the first combo box, it was correct. I moved up because I didn't want to hold up the line. My mistake. I checked the second box and it was missing the Mac and cheese. So I parked and went in. There was a girl standing in the middle of the line leaning on the railing playing on her phone with a Bojangles t shirt on. I asked if she was in line, she said yes but I could go ahead of her. I thanked her and went up and got my Mac and cheese.
