Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I placed a mobile order for a pizza. Right before the order was done and I went inside to the counter to go ahead and pay. Michael was the employee present and he never acknowledged me. As I waited I noticed that Michael was literally using his hands and forcing the piece off the pan, it had burnt and was stuck in multiple places. I noticed it was my pizza because of the toppings. he attempted to try to sell it to me not noticing or even caring that I watched him. I inspected the pizza and I told him I didn’t want the pizza because they were literal chunks of bread missing where he ripped it off of the pan… he threw it in the trash and walked away. Extremely poor customer service.. extremely poor attitude.

Spoke to the manager on site and they corrected the issue immediately. Pizza was remade...

I paid for extra toppings. That is $1.20 for each topping inc. extra. It was a personal pan. I took pictures and video for proof. I got 6 pieces of pepperoni (.20 per slice) PEPPERONI ! That was extra? Asked and paid $1.20 for extra onions. looking hard found 7 recognizable pieces. Extra Sausage $1.20 - 10 pieces. So, 4 slices of pizza, not even 2 pieces of most ingredients per slice. MY online order said 15 minutes. I got there at exactly 16 minutes and pizza was already in warmer. IN a plastic bag. SO when I got home 6 minutes later, pizza was warm BUT crust was soft, and chewy. ( THAT'S what steam does!) I ordered a PAN because of the thick crunchy crust, Did not want it "gummy." I order 4 tavern pizza and when I got them I realized they weren’t tavern pizzas due to the crust so I tried to called and my number got declined twice and then called off my husbands phone and they answered and explained that I got charged for the tavern pizza but didn’t receive the tavern pizza and they gaslit me the whole time to then tell me I couldn’t get the general managers number to help correct the situation my recommendation Fayetteville is to go to the hope mills location they always have everything on point and excellent customer...
